I currently have a round trip ticket booked from RDU to LAX departing on 1/25 and returning on 1/29 with trip confirmation number GXF5BJ. In case I opt to extend my stay in LA indefinitely, am I able to cancel just the return leg of my flight without facing penalties? While I understand I might not receive a refund, I am curious if there would be any extra charges. If possible, could you please clarify how much notice is needed and provide guidance on how to inform Delta of this change? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have two reservations under the names GCH0JM (M. Janke) and GBPE3C (L. Janke). We are requesting changes to depart from Kelowna, BC on January 21st and return on January 28th. We understand there may be additional costs for these changes. There seems to be an issue with the flight on January 28th from SEA to YVR, which leaves before we arrive in SEA from SAN. This change was not approved by us. Another concern is that my wife, who is hard of hearing, was moved from row 12 to row 15 without any explanation. Please assist us with rebooking the flights from Kelowna (YLW) to SAN on the 21st and from SAN to Kelowna (YLW) on the 28th.

I've purchased a round-trip ticket with basic economy fare, and I'm content with the booking. I understand the limitations of this fare class and have no preference for my seating arrangement. Yet, I've come across concerns online about basic economy passengers being the first to be bumped off due to overbooking. Could you please confirm if my seat is secured even though it hasn't been assigned yet? I simply want assurance that I'll have a guaranteed seat for my flight.

I experienced a delay with my Delta flight which allowed me to change it at no cost. My girlfriend rescheduled it for 7:15 am tomorrow, but we are unable to check in. AeroMexico explained that Delta has not transferred the ticket, so Delta needs to resolve this issue to send the confirmation to Aero for us to check in. I've tried contacting Delta, but the calls keep getting disconnected. The AeroMexico flight was changed from the original 4:45 pm to 6:10 pm and then to 7:15 am to 9:25 am, flight number AM0646. Attention Delta Airlines, I would like to inquire about the cost of transporting my power wheelchair, which weighs approximately [redacted] lbs, and whether it will count as one of my two luggage pieces. I also need to bring one or possibly two additional luggage items for medications and supplies. My wife, D., and I plan to fly from DTW to MCO in mid-February. Can I carry my pain medications in my carry-on or do they need to be in checked luggage? I was involved in a serious car accident in [redacted] that left me a quadriplegic, but I have been seeing improvements with stem cell treatments and therapy. My doctor suggested that traveling may greatly benefit me. My wife and I prefer flying first class with Delta, and we are loyal customers who appreciate your services. I usually fly on your [redacted]-[redacted], seats 2-C & D, where I can easily transfer from my wheelchair to the seat with minimal assistance. Due to a delay on my flight from Boston to Atlanta, I unfortunately missed my connection from Atlanta to Incheon and then to Cebu. I was subsequently rebooked on a Delta Airlines and China Eastern flight to Shanghai, which I found to be a downgrade from my original Korean Air booking. Regrettably, my luggage was also lost during this ordeal. I am seeking a refund or compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you.

I flew on DL4034 on 12/26/19 from Atlanta to Southbend with Ciera R. and Jeremy R. Upon arrival, our baggage was missing. The airport staff suggested calling the insurance company and mentioned the possibility of the bags arriving on a later flight. They couldn't provide a report since the luggage wasn't officially lost. I requested further assistance but was advised to check back later in the day. I'm unable to fill out an online form without a reference number. Please contact my mother, Sabrina, at [redacted] for assistance as she is aware of how to handle the situation. It's challenging to keep going back and forth from the airport without our belongings. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

After speaking to an agent and then a supervisor, we were informed that there is nothing they can do except offer an apology. Due to the delay, we will be spending 7 hours in Mexico City before flying coach to Acapulco. We had prepaid for car service to our hotel in Acapulco and changing our plans would incur a $[redacted] fee. I have several concerns regarding this situation: - We received zero notice of the delay until check-in today, Friday, December 27th. - An initial 1-hour delay was extended to a 7-hour delay, resulting in the loss of a full day in Acapulco. - Delta did not provide any alternative solutions. - There was no compensation offered for the delay, downgrade to coach, or the cancellation of our car service. I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter.

My son was traveling from Chicago to Phoenix through Minneapolis last night for a wedding in Arizona. Unfortunately, the initial flight delay caused him to miss the wedding today. Currently, he is in Minneapolis and doesn't require the Phoenix to Minneapolis flight. He still needs to get to Chicago. Is there a way to get reimbursed for the missed first leg of the trip? Despite being issued a ticket for today, he couldn't have made it to the wedding due to the continuous changes in the flight schedule. This situation has been incredibly frustrating.

I am extremely disappointed by the way Delta handled my son Steven's flight cancellation and baggage claim. Steven, who was on emergency military leave to visit his dying father, encountered a canceled connecting flight from Atlanta to Hilton Head with no assistance provided by Delta for food or accommodation. This led to him sleeping in the airport. Changing his flight to Savannah due to time constraints, he was informed his luggage would be sent there, but Delta later insisted he pick it up from Hilton Head himself. This caused him additional stress as he had to work all day before driving to Hilton Head to retrieve his belongings. Rushing back, he barely made it in time to be deployed to the US Embassy attack in Baghdad. The lack of support and understanding from Delta, especially towards active duty military personnel, is truly unacceptable.

I forgot my iPad on the plane from San Diego to Salt Lake City on Sunday, December 22, Flight #[redacted], at Seat #14B. I reported it that night with Claim #[redacted]. My husband flew the same route the next day, speaking with the cleaner who found it. She indicated she turned it in. Despite receiving emails stating it hasn't been found, I believe it's located at the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport as of 3:30 pm MST today, December 30, [redacted]. I would appreciate an expedited return of my iPad.

I am not comfortable with my current plane seat location as it is too close to the emergency exit. I feel cramped sitting between my parents, and there is minimal space. I accidentally booked my flight with edreams instead of Delta and realized I couldn't select seats or bags. I tried to cancel within 24 hours, but the customer service rep refused to refund my money. My wife and I are flying with Delta from Atlanta to Jamaica on February 8th. She requires 24 bottles of Boost Supplemental Caloric drinks for her recovery after surgery. We need to carry two cartons as they must be in a pressurized environment and cannot go in the baggage compartment. I contacted Nestle Boost, and this drink isn't available in Jamaica. Dear Customer Service, I had a disappointing experience on my return flight from Orlando to DTW on 1/7/[redacted], Flight # DL2128 on one of your [redacted] planes. My wife and I were required to pay an additional $1,[redacted] to upgrade to bulkhead seats in the first row for our dog's comfort. Unfortunately, my wife, Heide, did not have a functioning table to eat her dinner as it was taped down with red warning tape. This resulted in a messy situation where she had to eat on her lap. The armrest was also unusable and only taped up, which was a letdown in First Class. We were very disappointed by these issues on our journey and hope for better experiences in the future. My granddaughter Sabine Kildea missed her VA2 connection at LAX on January 18th due to Delta flight [redacted]'s 4+ hour delay. After arriving around 1:30 am on January 19th instead of 9:30 pm, Delta only provided 2 $15 vouchers for lunch and dinner at the Hilton where she stayed. She couldn't have breakfast due to lack of funds. The $15 per meal at the Hilton wasn't enough for proper vegetarian food. During the VA2 flight a day late, her special meal wasn't available, leaving her with only fruit. I believe she deserves compensation for the stress, delay, and insufficient food caused by Delta's actions. Her Delta booking number was H634FZ.

I recently received an email reminding me to check in for a flight scheduled for tomorrow, January 25th, from Luxembourg to New Orleans. However, I did not make a reservation for this flight. Although I did look at flight options and seating arrangements, I did not proceed with booking it. I am quite puzzled by this situation and am currently trying to contact a customer service representative to address this flight booking error. I have a confirmed flight to New Orleans for next week, and I am unsure as to how this mix-up occurred.

I spent over 3 hours on Thursday trying to book flights and another few hours on Friday before finally getting help from Nate to make the reservations. However, the first agent mistakenly charged a lot on our account. Nate assured us Delta's technicians would resolve this by Monday, but more charges exceeding $14,[redacted] keep appearing on a Sunday. The constant hold times and recordings are frustrating, and despite contacting Nate, there was no follow-up email or alternative contact method provided. I hope to resolve this soon.
