I need to address a flight booking mistake for my upcoming honeymoon. After booking flights for my husband and me, I realized we're flying to the wrong airport in Montana. We have a snowboarding trip planned that we've already paid for, and I need to fix this error. Our flight is scheduled for Jan 21st to Bozeman, Montana, returning to Minneapolis, MN on Jan 25th. However, we should be flying into and out of Kalispell, Montana. This mix-up occurred because of confusion with our honeymoon resort and the subsequent flight booking error. I understand there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, so I may be required to pay for both flights on the same dates. I am eager to hear back from you to resolve this issue. Best, Arianna L.

Hello, I wanted to discuss reservation # HQPRGN. I made the booking for Parvati M. and Neil D., and I am Parvati's mother. Parvati unfortunately cannot travel due to a complex pregnancy. Initially, I was informed that I could use this reservation to visit her in Austin, instead of her coming to Bangkok. I kindly request your assistance in issuing a credit back to my credit card. This would enable me to book a new ticket and travel to the U.S. to support my daughter. The amount involved is quite significant at $[redacted]. Given the circumstances, she will not be able to travel internationally with a newborn for at least a year. I trust you can empathize with our dilemma. I would truly appreciate any help you can provide. Please let me know if you require any additional documentation, such as a doctor's certificate. Thank you for considering our situation and I hope you can process a credit to my card promptly.

I attempted to resolve this via chat, but it did not allow me to input my foreign telephone number. As we prepare to return to the states with our two cats, we had intended to book premium economy seats. However, we are concerned about the cats not being allowed in that cabin. If they cannot fly there, are we able to buy an extra ticket and place one cat in a seat with a strap and the other underneath, treating them as though they were an additional passenger listed under one of our names?

I experienced a series of unfortunate events during my Delta flight [redacted] on August 8, [redacted], from JFK to BNA. The flight was cancelled post-departure due to a passenger mistaking an announcement by the ground crew for the pilot and calling the police, resulting in investigations causing pilot time limit issues. This led to significant delays, no available pilots, and me missing alternative flights, ultimately having to purchase new routes from Newark to LAX before reaching OGG. I had to spend the night in airports, while my luggage was routed to BNA. Subsequent return flights from OGG to BNA were canceled as I was marked as a 'no show,' compelling me to buy clothes upon landing in Maui. I filed for compensation from Delta on August 30, [redacted] (Complaint no. [redacted]0) for flights, taxis, and clothing expenses, as promised feedback within 21 days is pending. I received no assistance from Delta staff at JFK during the disruptions.

Hello, I am currently on hold and I have a concern. I dropped off my 18-year-old this morning at 6:33 am to catch an 8:25 am flight to Ohio. He checked his bag at 6:44 am in the TSA line but did not get out of line until 8:27 am, causing him to miss his flight. He has been at the Alt airport since this morning and is still not on a flight, even though there are other people ahead of him in the standby line. Can someone please explain why this happened and how we can resolve this situation? The flight in question is HRKNWK. Thank you.

On Sunday, November 24, I flew from Nashville to Madison on Delta Flight DL [redacted]. I had checked in through the app the day before and paid for my bag and the bag for my companion. However, I did not receive an email confirmation with the receipt for the bags. I used a corporate credit card and need the receipt for reimbursement from my employer. My name is Amanda K. Austin, and I was traveling with Susan V. Our confirmation code for the flight is G4I5JP. Could you please provide a receipt showing the $80 payment for the baggage? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Amanda Austin

I recently had to cancel my reservation with Delta Airlines and encountered some challenges. After multiple calls to customer service, I was unable to receive a confirmation email with the necessary details about my refund for future bookings. It seems that Delta does not provide customers with a cancellation number to track the status of their cancellations, unlike other businesses like Motel 6. This oversight has caused frustration and confusion.

I made a flight reservation to Ft. Myers on December 8th for myself, Beverly Blixt, on flight DL2744. I also booked tickets for my son, Matthew Blixt, and his girlfriend, Daisy Smith, but their flight is a few days after mine. I'd like to know if they can be linked to my reservation so they can check a bag for free. Additionally, Daisy, who is a color guard member, would like to bring her Color Guard Rifle with her. It's important to note that the rifle is not a real one. How can she safely travel with it?

Hello - I will be traveling from Grand Cayman to Atlanta to Manchester on Monday, December 9th with the reference number GGSUCC. I am a bit confused about the baggage allowance on my ticket. It indicates that I have 1 bag included for the first flight to Atlanta and 2 bags at 23kg each for the Manchester flight. I am wondering why I can't have 2 bags for both flights. In total, I will have 2 x 23kgs bags and 1 golf club at 23kgs, making it 3 bags in total. Could you please advise me on the total cost I have to pay from Grand Cayman to Manchester? I am aware that I will have to pay for the 3rd Bag, which is the golf clubs. I would greatly appreciate your prompt response. Thank you. Best regards, Stephen B.

I flew with Delta to South Africa from September 20 to September 30, [redacted], and had an issue with an upgraded seat that didn't recline. The flight attendant issued a $50 travel voucher on September 30, stating I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. However, I have not received it. The link provided in the email to contact Delta is not valid. I am struggling to find the right way to reach out to them on their website. I am hoping to receive my credit voucher promptly as I plan to book another international flight soon, hopefully by December 9. Details from the email: Date: September 30, [redacted] Flight: JNB-ATL, DL201, [redacted]-IQ0IQDLO00-[redacted]-[redacted] How can I obtain my credit voucher?

To whom it may concern, I recently cancelled my mother's flight with the airline using confirmation number HUKXJ3. I was informed that I could utilize her ticket as a credit within the upcoming year due to her doctor advising against air travel because of her health. During our conversation, I requested the representative to email me a confirmation of this arrangement, but I have yet to receive it. Could you please send me an email regarding this matter? Thank you, Dana A.

I have a colleague flying to Duluth, MN, with Delta from China, who has a fundraiser in Duluth on Monday and a flight connection to MSP on Wednesday, then a flight to AZO. We have arranged for him to speak in a suburb of St. Paul on Tuesday. Is it possible to cancel his Duluth to MSP connecting flight without any penalties upon his arrival in Duluth on Monday?

I am reaching out from my barracks in Afghanistan as I am frustrated with the lack of response regarding my flight reservations. I had initially reserved my seats for a flight from Dubai to Jacksonville FL on Jan 05 [redacted], but they disappeared. After attempting to re-reserve the seats, I received an email stating that the transaction failed. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to access the seat map to select seats. The promise of a callback has not been fulfilled, leaving me on hold and incurring international phone costs. While I understand that you, the reader, are not to blame, I am disappointed in the board of directors for their actions. As a member of the US Army, I do not seek special treatment, but I find it disheartening to imagine how others in similar situations might be treated.

My son's car seat was returned broken after a flight with his dad from Atlanta to Jacksonville. I am baffled by how this could happen. The car seat is designed to endure car crashes, so how did it break from being tossed under the plane? Was it run over? I am frustrated that no one has reached out to me despite my request for a phone call a week ago. Instead, GetHuman keeps sending messages asking if my issue has been resolved, which it hasn't. I need someone to contact me and take action to rectify this situation.

On December 9, I flew from Fort Myers, Florida to Kansas City through Atlanta. After I arrived home, I discovered my navy blue backpack missing, which contained my wedding ring, a diamond cross necklace, Bose headphones, and an Apple Watch charger. The only place I opened my bag was at the Atlanta airport. I spent hours contacting various parties for help. I started with the Lost & Found at the Atlanta airport, but they had nothing turned in. I tried calling Delta at [redacted] but couldn't reach anyone. After filing a report online, I continued my calls until I found a Delta direct line through the airport. However, the lady I spoke to was unhelpful and rude, directing me back to Lost & Found. Despite my efforts, I was unable to get a satisfactory response. I am disappointed in the customer service I experienced. I have already filed my report, received the confirmation email, and am aware of the process. I simply wanted to speak to a caring Delta representative to ensure I had done everything I could to locate my lost items. It's disheartening to feel that my personal belongings are not a priority to Delta. I hope for a resolution but am prepared for the case to be closed without my items being found.

Hello, I have been a loyal Delta Silver member for a long time. Currently, I am short about $29 MQM's for maintaining my status by 12/16/[redacted]. I know I can purchase the remaining MQM's for about $[redacted], but that seems excessive to cover such a small amount. I am scheduled to fly again in early January and buying an additional unnecessary flight just to meet this requirement doesn't seem environmentally friendly. Is there a more cost-effective option available for me to qualify for status? My SKYMILES #: [redacted].

I'm feeling a bit confused and would like some clarification on Delta's policy before proceeding with a change. I had initially booked a flight from BWI to Johannesburg and back, but due to unexpected family circumstances, I need to adjust my plans. I'm considering booking a separate ticket from SNA to Atlanta a day before my original flight to catch the connection to Johannesburg and then return from Johannesburg to BWI. I'm hesitant to proceed as I'm worried about being marked as a no-show for the BWI to Atlanta leg and then having Delta cancel the rest of my booking, potentially costing me a substantial amount. I am willing to pay any necessary change fees to make this adjustment. Could someone please clarify the rules and provide guidance on the best course of action for me?

Hello Adam, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to discuss a significant issue my companions and I experienced with Delta Airlines on our recent flight from New Orleans to NYC-LAGUARDIA on 16/11/19. Upon retrieving our luggage from the carousel, we discovered that they were soaked in plane fuel, emitting a strong odor. Despite informing three Delta employees at their office, they showed limited interest initially. After emphasizing the severity of the situation where our belongings were saturated and the smell persisted even after washing our clothes, they began to take the matter more seriously. I insisted that they acknowledge the safety implications of fuel leakage from the aircraft and insisted on a thorough investigation, not merely filing a claim for damaged bags. I have been issued a claim reference number LGADL22620 and seek clarity from Delta regarding this serious breach of passenger safety. I am considering escalating this issue to the media to ensure that such incidents are not overlooked by Delta. Please bring this urgent matter to the attention of your superiors. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Wayne Dangerfield Managing Director 2/[redacted] Kortum Dr, Burleigh QLD [redacted] Ph: (07) 5[redacted] Fax: (07) 5[redacted] Website: www.tfbcentre.com.au

I need assistance with claiming missing air miles for a Virgin Atlantic flight from London Gatwick to Orlando in premium economy. The miles are not showing up in my account. Flights from Dallas to Minneapolis on Delta Airlines are accounted for. My flight was on October 2, [redacted], and my husband's was on October 15, [redacted]. I contacted the London office without success, and calling the USA Delta Skymiles office involves a long wait that I can't manage. How can I go about getting the missing miles added to our accounts? Hoping for a prompt resolution. Thank you.
