I bought the ticket Sunday and was told I had ** hours to change. Yesterday, after speaking to my business partner, I needed to extend the trip until Jan **, ****.**Your website www.delta.com is down and customer support couldn't access ticketing system so they were unable to help me make a modification on my first ticket yesterday, within the ** hour period. **I called again today and got transferred to a woman who was able to assist me and change the ticket, which was the same price fare. I had to just pay a $*** ticket change fee, however, I do not feel like I should be liable for Delta's failure of their own internal IT systems and public website, which is still down at this moment.**I would like Delta to please reconsider the additional charge because I do not feel like it is my responsibility that Delta could not service my request yesterday, within the ** hour time window.**Could you please either refund my $*** penalty or give me a voucher credit I can use towards my next travel plans?
