I was trying to change my flight to Quito to nov ** because of the travel advisory there ... Hello.. I just spent an hour Line with a wonderful rep named Chris getting help changing my flight from Calgary to Quito, because of the travel advisory. He was wonderful, had everything set up, time to pay and I had to sign up for sky miles. By the time I did that, I had lost him. I am very frustrated and in tears, I can’t figure out how to restart the chat I was having.
He was fantastic but when he had it all set up, I had to join sky miles to pay the **$ change. By the time I had completed it, the online chat had disappeared.amy chance we could refind the bookings he did?
Please help me to reconnect with online support. Chris was able to find me a much better flight than I could find online.
I have tried booking online, but once I get to the payment section, it deletes all my info once I try to enter Canada as my home country. I am in Zanzibar so phoning is not an option.
