My husband Kelley and I have always preferred to fly Delta. However, our August trip on ****** had me in tears....multiple delays and a cancelled flight *****....Atlanta to Asheville due to Asheville airport closing. after our flight was delayed because of ”late arriving equipment”. We were stranded overnight...around midnight and told to bring our old boarding pass to a * am flight. That flight, too was delayed a few hrs...first because no pilot, and then * more delays....which resulted in going back from runway to the gate. This resulted in over an ** hour delay in Atlanta. (My husband and I missed an appt that we had traveled to from La Crosse, Wi. I looked up compensation and hope you will see us as valued long time Delta Customers. I believe Kelley Allen Conrad and Barbara R Conrad could possibly be entitled to at least $***.** each ....applied as refund to Kelley’s Visa card. We would greatly appreciate your kindness. Many other negative things happened....but I know others on the flight wrote in complaints to Delta while we were sitting on the tarmac.
