I have a lost piece of luggage. It is one wk today. Initially I had a hard time trying to contact anyone and no one contacted me. I filled out the form for a lost bag when it didnt arrive with me. ** hrs later I finally was able to reach someone who gave me a file reference number. I had the wrong number as she had an accent and I thought she said V but it was actually D. I repeated it back to her more than once and she confirmed the wrong number. Your system would not accept that file no. so I couldn't file a claim. After * more days I talked to a customer service person who was able to correct the reference number. I finally started to work on my claim - the info you want on a suitcase full of clothes, shoes, cosmetics and souvenirs is a little too much. It took me hrs to do this, but I finished and hit the Submit tab. I get a message that it was unsuccessful and everything is gone. You lost my suitcase and no one seems to care about locating it. I dont want to fill out your complicated claim form. I want my suitcase. It would be great to talk to someone who cares
