I was trying to reschedule tickets, buy something to eat, and get wheelchair assistance to a connecting flight.
This experience was especially frustrating because we are elderly on a fixed income, and have physical disabilities with special needs. The stress from this experience put a physical and emotional strain on our health for months.
We feel it is only right to be compensated with two*complementary round trip tickets for one of our winter trips.
We have been loyal customers for five years and will continue to need airline service, hopefully, for many years to come. We hope we will not be forced to look into other airports that provide service other than Delta.
We have shared this incident with many friends and relatives who have encouraged us to write a formal complaint.
