I booked a round trip flight from San Francisco to Marseille. Leaving Nov. *, **** & returning Nov. **, ****. Through ‘Delta operated by Air France’. Leaving SFO on Nov. *, ****, *:**Pm on flight Delta ****, arriving Paris Nov. *, ****, **:**Am. Then continuing to Marseille.**When I checked in on line, the day before flight, I was offered a seat upgrade. There was * seat left in ‘Business Class’ for $***.**. *I was prompted to pay $**.** for * check bag. I was charged a total of $***.** through Delta. After arriving in Marseille my final destination was Cucuron.**The following day I checked my credit card account & saw that I had been charged $***.** for seat upgrade & * baggage fee. Then an additional $**.** ? (Was I charged again for the baggage fee)? Then * international service fees of $*.** & $*.**... these were all in Euro’s, through AirFrance..why? When I purchased & upgraded through Delta I was charged USA dollars. Why was the upgrade & * checked bag then changed to Euro’s?**I looked back at my receipt from Delta Business class upgrade & it showed $***.** total. The charges on my credit card were then changed to Air France & also into Euro’s.**Searching more, I saw that my * checked bag should have been covered within my Business Class upgraded seat, & that I shouldn’t have paid the extra $**.** on the upgrade Nor the $**.** again for bag fee. I tried to get my bag fee refunded at Marseille airport & was told I had to deal with Delta. I tried to speak to a Delta agent in SFO when I returned & they said I had to go through Air France...**So I am requesting the extra $$ changed to Euro’s & the baggage fee charged twice be refunded!**My upgraded seat was *A in Business class, EMD number* ***-**********.**Flight booked under Stephanie Fay Padgett, Itinerary* *************.
