Hi, **My name is Amy Gallagher. I was due to fly from Dublin airport to JFK New York on Friday **th of November at **:** am. Unfortunately I missed my flight going over to New York and was informed I would have to contact my travel agent as this is who I booked this through (confirmation number - GWJIE*). **When I contacted my travel agent to inform them of the missed depating flight, they proceeded to tell me that your airline had cancelled my flight coming home as well. I do not see why the flight from JFK to Dublin on the *rd of December was cancelled when I had all intentions of getting on that flight home. **Because of this instead of re booking * new flights going from Dublin to NY (* flights because I was travelling with my niece) I had to re book * flights including return flights from NY to Dublin. **Being that it is so close to christmas that is a lot of money to spend on new flights because your company just decided to cancel my flights coming home.**I realise the original missed flights from Dublin to NY was my own fault and that is fine, but for you to just cancel my returning flights for no reason is a stupid thing to do and very poor customer service which has set me back more money than what was required. **I would like to be re-imbursed for my original returning flights for both myself and my niece from JFK to Dublin that we were due to be on *rd of December departing from JFK at *:**pm NY time & arriving in Dublin on *th December *:**am Dublin time.**I look forward to your reply. *Regards, *Amy Gallagher
