In May of this year, my luggage was delayed for six days upon arrival at my hotel. I was advised to buy essentials of up to $50, which I needed since I was working in Las Vegas for two weeks. I kept receipts and sent them to Delta along with multiple emails, receiving few replies. After some time, I was offered credit for a future trip which I cannot use, finding this resolution unsatisfactory. I have not received any further communication about receiving a refund for my expenses, despite losing work time and making numerous unanswered phone calls. It has been over six months, and I believe a resolution should have been reached by now. I have sent numerous emails and can provide them if needed to assist in resolving this matter. Hello, I recently booked a trip to India with Travelocity, flying with Delta Airlines on November 24th from Houston. Unfortunately, my first flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight and lose a day of my trip. Despite the lack of compensation and the rude behavior of the agent, I managed to remain calm. The next day in Paris, I encountered issues with my boarding pass for the connecting flight with Jet Airways due to a lack of confirmation from Delta Airlines or Air France. After much effort and exhaustion, I finally boarded a flight with a tight connection through London to reach Mumbai 36+ hours late and without my luggage. I recently made reservations for my sister, niece, nephew, and father to fly with Delta. They traveled from Orlando to Detroit on Delta Air Lines Flight [redacted] and then connected to Delta Air Lines Flight [redacted] to Grand Rapids, MI. Unfortunately, my nephew lost his very special childhood blanket during this journey, causing him and my sister great distress. Despite their efforts to reach out to Delta and the Detroit airport for help, they have received minimal assistance and feel neglected. I believe Delta aims to provide better customer service. I have always had positive experiences with Delta, which led me to choose your airline for their flights. I hope that Delta can address this situation promptly to demonstrate care for its passengers. My nephew had his blanket when he boarded in Orlando, and since then, it has gone missing. A lost item report was filed, but we have not received any updates. I recently traveled from Orlando to Detroit on Delta Air Lines Flight [redacted] with a connection to Delta Air Lines Flight [redacted] to Grand Rapids, MI. Unfortunately, during this journey, my son lost his cherished childhood blanket which has been with him since birth - he's had it for his 8 years and sleeps with it every night. Despite my attempts to contact Delta and the Detroit airport, I've received minimal assistance and feel somewhat dismissed. I understand that incidents like this may seem trivial, but to my son and me, it's a significant loss. I hope that Delta can address this matter promptly and demonstrate their care and concern for their customers. I'm eagerly waiting for any efforts Delta can make in locating my son's missing blanket. While at Terminal 3 in Toronto for a Delta flight, I encountered a disappointing situation this morning at 3:30 am. There were issues with the barriers for traffic, and a group of about 15 people were incorrectly informed that the barriers had been lifted. The agents spoke to the passengers in a condescending manner, which upset some individuals, including myself. I corrected one of the agents who was misinforming the passengers and tried to offer assistance to a family who seemed confused due to language barriers. The whole experience was quite frustrating, with approximately 50 people visibly upset by the end of it. Even a baggage agent confided in me, expressing that the Delta staff mistreat passengers regularly. This incident has left me feeling disillusioned, and I may only consider flying with Delta in the future if the prices are exceptionally low. - Blair.

The shipping company's constant delays and failure to provide a delivery receipt prevent me from claiming insurance for the inconvenience. My initial flight was delayed because of weather conditions. I received a text from the airline informing me that my connecting flight was not scheduled to depart until 10:24 am. Despite my efforts to make it to the gate by 10:10 am after disembarking from the first flight, the situation became chaotic. The flight attendant, who was engaged in a heated argument with another passenger, refused to assist several of us who had rushed to catch the flight based on the information provided. His conduct was disrespectful, and he disregarded our predicament before walking away. Due to missing the flight, I missed out on spending time with my significant other who serves in the military. I believe I deserve compensation for the inconvenience as I made every effort to arrive on time.

I would like to file a complaint regarding Delta's decision to change my flight scheduled to Colombia from November 27 to April 1. Although I was told I needed a visa, my research shows I am visa-exempt for the first 90 days with the option to extend. The airline required me to modify my ticket resulting in additional charges. I am now facing significantly higher prices for a return flight on April 1. I believe my original ticket should be reinstated, and I should be refunded the extra fees. It was challenging to find a convenient same-day return flight, and I should not have to repeat the process at an increased cost. Hi, I am Amy Gallagher. I missed my flight from Dublin to JFK on November 30th at 10:55 am. Upon contacting my travel agent with confirmation number GWJIE4, I found out my return flight from JFK to Dublin on December 3rd was also canceled. This led me to re-book 4 flights instead of just 2, which cost me a significant amount of money. I understand missing my original flight out of Dublin was my mistake, but the cancellation of my return flight seems unnecessary. I am requesting reimbursement for the return flights for myself and my niece, scheduled for December 3rd at 9:35 pm, arriving in Dublin on December 4th at 9:10 am. I recently got diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and had to cancel my Atlanta to White Plains, New York trip due to starting chemotherapy. I contacted Delta right away to explain my situation. They assured me that canceling due to illness wouldn't be an issue. However, Delta removed my miles and money without any compensation, despite my loyalty over the years. Now, Delta is my last choice for airlines. Even though I am midway through chemo, I hope to travel post-clearance. I find Delta's actions heartless and cruel, taking away my miles without considering my circumstances, even though I can provide medical documentation if needed. My Sky Miles number is [redacted]. I desperately need assistance! Recently, my passport was stolen in Mexico, preventing me from boarding my flight back home. Despite my efforts, Delta has been unhelpful in issuing a refund letter for the flights. I continually receive excuses, with AeroMéxico claiming the issue lies with Delta, as they sold and issued the tickets. Please, can someone offer assistance? I have a booking under HHSLRP with Delta SkyMiles number 9[redacted]61 and a ticket number 0[redacted]42. On December 7th, I paid $75 to change my flight to DL214 to ensure I could catch a connecting train and arrive home for some rest. I have another Delta flight booked for December 9th from JFK to XMN under the same booking HHSLRP. As a dedicated Delta customer and Silver Medallion member, I work diligently to maintain my loyalty. Despite confirming with two Delta agents that my luggage would be transferred with me on the same flight, upon arrival at JFK Airport, my baggage was delayed. I waited over 2 hours for it, feeling frustrated after paying the $75 change fee without receiving the expected service. I kindly request a refund for the $75 fee. I am currently booked on flight [redacted], which is now delayed by almost 4 hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight DL1556 in St. Paul. After calling customer care and waiting for 3 additional hours, they indicated they were working on the issue. However, when I called again later, the service agent mentioned that if we had contacted them earlier, we might have been able to get a flight before 6 PM. It seems I will now have to fly to St. Paul and meet with a Delta representative to try to get a hotel for the night. My original plans to return home have been disrupted, and the most I can hope for is to arrive by 4 PM tomorrow, making it a 26-hour journey with a day of lost wages. Despite an available Air Canada flight at 8:45 PM from Miami, I was informed they could not accommodate me on it.

Hello, I was recently informed about a schedule change for my flight booking with the code HZ4RHG. I understand that changes sometimes occur, but I believe that switching the 2nd leg of my journey to the earlier 14:45 Delta flight could greatly improve my trip. I contacted Nona, one of your telephone agents, who was very helpful and mentioned that changing to the 14:45 flight was possible, but only my online agent has the capability to do so. I have since reached out to my online agent multiple times via phone calls and emails, but have had no success in making this adjustment. It seems like a simple request that is taking longer to process than expected. Regardless of the outcome, I wanted to express my appreciation for the assistance and understanding provided by Nona. On December 10, [redacted], I contacted a Delta agent to reserve a ticket from Jacksonville, Florida to Tangier, Morocco for a family emergency. The agent directed me to a "Promotion Department" where I was instructed to purchase an American Express Serve Card for payment. After doing so, I received an email from [redacted] confirming the $[redacted] payment with the confirmation number JH45GH. When I followed up with Delta regarding my ticket, I was told there was no record of my payment or reservation. I reached out to Delta in good faith, as I am on a modest teaching salary and this trip was essential for the family emergency. Your immediate attention and assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello Customer Service Team, On September 15, my family (which includes my spouse, three children, and myself) encountered an issue at Pearson Airport in Toronto. Due to a delay in issuing a boarding pass for my infant son, we missed our flight to Lagos with Delta. Despite our efforts, we arrived at the gate just five minutes before takeoff. Thankfully, we were able to secure a new booking for the following day without any additional charges. Unfortunately, our troubles did not end there.
