Hello,**My name is Shaun Willim (sky miles account ***********). I recently boarded a flight from PHX to ATL earlier today and was very disappointed by my seating accommodations. The gentleman that was placed next to me (in the window seat as I sat in the middle row) was very large (around ***-***lbs). I am not one to typically complain but this gentleman should not have been placed in a single seat as he could not fit and invaded my personal seating area. A Delta associate should have noticed this before the gentleman boarded the plane and made sure that appropriate accommodations were made for not only this individual, but for all passengers. This made my three hour flight an awful experience . As someone that has the Delta Gold Amex card and chooses Delta over all other airlines, I feel like it would be appropriate for me to be compensated. Please let me know how this is to be rectified at your earlier convenience.
