Hello. I usually never complain about something like this, but today I felt absolutely humiliated by a lady at Gate E** on my Flight Fromm Tampa to Atlanta. Since I was on Standby, at the beginning she told me I was not getting on the plane and to go to gate E**, that the flight was full. I start walking to the other gate and I heard her calling other names that were before me on the standby list, I went back to the gate and she called my name, I was very happy I made it, I bend down to open my backpack and she yelled at me and said “that’s it, you are not going anywhere, We don’t have your time” I swear to God, I didn’t take more than fifty seconds to pull my boarding pass, she called through the radio and told them to close all gates. The gentleman standing right next to me waiting to see if he could board the plane, told her to please let me in, that I was pulling my boarding pass from my bag. She was extremely rude and mean and all I can say is that this is NOT something that usually happens at Delta. I got her name at the beginning but I think that I was in such shock that I blocked her name from my mind. All I can say is that she was the one working on gate E**, short blond hair, flight number **** leaving Tampa at **:**pm today November **th ****. I hope that someone will talk to this lady and remind her of the poor and mean service she provided to the woman with the stroller.
