This is a follow up to claim number ******* submitted by Susan Dixey **-**-****.*Susan lives in Maine and in September her only sister, who lives alone in Tennessee, was diagnosed with cancer. Susan immediately purchased airline tickets on September **, ****, along with the optional flight insurance to fly down alone to take care of her sister on October **, ****. Susan herself battled cancer not too long ago with surgery, chemo and radiation. She is devastated by this news about her sister and more bad news from the doctor was given, after the tickets were purchased. Susan is very sick over this and has severe anxiety, saw her doctor and was told she can not fly at this time. Doctor’s letter is attached. She canceled her airline tickets on October **th and filed a claim per the insurance document instructions. She has traveled by car to arrive in Tennessee before her sister’s next surgery, this week. Being retired and collecting Social Security Retirement benefits now, the $***.** ticket cost is a big deal. A full refund as soon as possible, under the circumstances, would be appreciated.
