Two things have happened to cause the need to change our flights: *Confirmation * GVKQ*S**A dear friend has died suddenly, and we need to attend the funeral.*On the day we learned of this death (car crash)*my wife and I went to assist her husband. My wife fell and severely injured her knee, leg, foot, and chin. She can barely hobble with the injury. She would be too uncomfortable to travel, much less walk around in New Orleans.* *What do we need to do to recapture the **,*** miles for our tickets and under these circumstances, is there any rebate of the $**.** we paid?**Please advise us on our questions regarding canceling the tickets, or using them on another flight to some other destination, at a later time.**Regards, Edward A.
