My original booking consisted of my ** month old grandson flying as a lap child when we had to rebook our flights not having information that he needed a passport they mixed up his birth date with his mothers and was being charged for a ticket after rebooking finally straightened that out and was told he wouldn’t be charged for a flight and at the end of the trip I find out I was being charged $*** for for my grandson

GetHuman-hotshott did not yet indicate what Delta should do to make this right.
