To whom it may concern,******Virgin Flight Ref EIRZR****Delta Flight Ref HNIGKO***We have recently arrived back from our holiday of a life time to Disney land Florida, a holiday for me, my wife, son and daughter in law and our grand children. This was a holiday which we thought by booking with yourselves we would be in the best hands possible for mine and my wife's first holiday abroad, but how wrong we were. **First of all we had problems booking our seats on the plane and after several hours on the phone being passed to Delta Ocean Florida and Virgin Atlantic, we finally got confirmation of our seats or so we thought. ***Upon arrival at Manchester airport we where told when booking in that our seats had been changed and we where now not seated together which caused me and my wife to panic due to it being our first time on a aeroplane, and also our grandchildren where restless at the fact they could be sat with a stranger and not with us as we had being saying upon arrival. **On arrival at Atlanta Airport we where the first plane in and due to docking problems our plane took ** minuets to re align with the stairs. This then had a knock on effect to check in as we where now in a large que with only *hr ** mins to get through check in and get through customs for our connecting flight. We spoke to an airport official and said we had a connecting flight to catch which to our surprise she shrugged her shoulders turned her back and walked away. As we clear customs we set off running through the airport with * mins to catch our flight, we booked in our luggage and jumped on the train to our gate to get there and be told we had missed our flight! We told them our bags where on there to a reply of they will be at the airport when you land.**We then went to the Delta help desk where we were passed from one desk to another while waiting in long ques with our * year old and ** year old now getting restless (we had been up since *AM that morning) to be told there was nothing they could do and we would have to spent the night in the airport as all flights are full until the next day.**We where then advised to go to the international help desk after over * hours of waiting in ques, my grandchildren asleep on the floor in the airport, the lady then said there was only * seats left on the * o'clock, and all separate, my grandchildren who are * and ** had to sit between * strangers, crying, scared and tired.**On arrival we then had to find where our cases had gone, after located we picked up our hire car and set off to our location on which we arrived at *am (GMT) . As you can imagine we were tired, stressed, and for me personally I felt let down as id arranged everything, and we had all been saving for * years for this holiday.**The first * days were ****, * very tired screaming children not wanting to go to the parks, which resulted in us losing * days of fast passes.**We contacted Ocean Florida to raise our concerns about the return leg of our flight, having only **mins between flights and the possibility of being put onto direct flight as we really didn't want the hassle of the flight on the way out as we had lost time and money. Ocean Florida told us that it was not their fault, it was Virgin and Delta, and take it up with them.**After another run through the airport our flight from JFK on ******* at *:**pm to our disappointment our seats had been changed yet again. At this point all we wanted to do was get home, Angry and disappointed in the way we have been treat.*****I will look forward to your response *****Kind Regards Gary Earl
