Hello Delta, when returning from Iceland on Icelandair to SEA airport we were told to personally take our * pieces of luggage to the Delta counter. We followed those instructions and took them to the Special Assistance Counter and checked them in and also received our boarding passes for our final flight to SFO. The rep at the counter said our bags already had the Icelandair routing tags and she said there was no need to change them. The tags said SEA*SFO and we also have our names and addresses on each bag. Our bags were not on the carousel in SFO and we immediately went to the Delta Baggage Office to alert them and file a report. At this point no one knows where they are and we have not received any contact from Delta so we are hoping this might give us some information.*Our reference number is:*SFODL***** *Our bag tag numbers from Icelandair are FI****** and FI******. *Our flight from SEA to SFO was DL****.*Any help you can give us is greatly appreciated. We are home and anxiously waiting to hear some good news about our lost luggage.*Sincerely, *Margaret (Peggy) Guadagnolo

I called every number and sent an email to every Delta related site. The Track Your Bags never gave any updates, but last night at **:**pm our doorbell rang and there was a young lady with our bags!! Everything is intact and nothing was missing! Thank you, Delta!
