on may **th **** travel to Mex city from JFK returning on the **nd of may **** on my return trip sat on the tar mat for almost an hour due to weather no ac felt hot ask the flt attendant for water and aspirin she ask are you ok I said to her its so hot I have a bad headache she ask is there a doctor on board one came to me took my BP said it was *** over *** then then he ask for a med from the crew put it under my tongue took it again then the doctor said it was coming down a paramedic crew with a female identify herself as a doctor took my BP again and said its *** over ** I ask can I travel she said its up to you I don't see why not the doctor who was a passenger said that I shouldn't one of the airline crew member said its best you leave now and you can get on the next flt and I told her I want to go home but insisted for me to take the next flt I left with the paramedic team and out side of the plane a female ask me if I could give her my boarding pass and took my passport book with my boarding pass am my immigration declaration inside left went behind a counter came back handed me my passport book I was assuming she was putting me on the next flt to JFK I open my passport book and my boarding pass was missing I call the lady over were is my new boarding pass with a very cold like attituded said you have to buy another ticket I said to her but I was told to leave the plain even when I didn't want to with the information that I would get on the next flt I started to cry and got into a panic and the paramedic doctor calm down I said I have no more money they put me in a wheelchair and took me to talk to a supervisor he ask me to put my cell down and never address me but told a airport worker to tell me I had to buy another ticket by the time I was trying to resolve my ordeal there was no availability until he next morning I spent the night on a chair until I remember I had a hold on a Hertz car rental that might be available I had to take a airport train to the next terminal and wait until *am to buy a one way ticket back home to nyc I call delta customer care department and it was an insult to be told that the only refund would be *** dollars I am asking nicely please again I need my full refund from my round trip ticket and the additional one way ticket and food I had to buy $***.** round trip plus one way $***.** plus $**.** food. During force overnight at the Mexico city airport. please response ASAP thank you. PS I am disable and rec SSDI my income is very limited
