Remove a charge from my account. ... I have a charge on my Delta AE card that I should not have. The charge says it is for the person who flew with me. Her name is Karen Amunson. It is for excess baggage. She paid for her baggage when she checked in at the baggage desk. There were no excess baggage fees. Please remove this fee from my credit card. My account ends in *-*****. I also wonder why I only get ** sky miles when I flew from MN to CA and back.
It is not my charge.

I have flown Delta for many years. I expect to be charged only for the services used. I expected to be able to contact Delta in a quick fashion when needed.
