rebook my flight to my weddig on the phone with a delta agent yesterday ... somehow i now do not have a seat assignment and was told I did, and somehow lost comfort* on my return flight (which I paid for)
I need a seat assignment for myself, my fianc* and need to make sure we sit together. He is *'*" with a heart condition so we were relying on the extra room in Comfort*. The agent who rebooked me also said she could get us bulkhead seating since we are travelling with my emotional support dog and were worried about that also (although she said the paperwork was not on file - my case number is ********
*) Getting us seat assignments on the first flight in bulkhead seating because of my emotional support animal w*o cost incurred *) restoring our seats and delta comfort* status on our return flight *) resolving my paperwork with my support dog.
