My Delta [redacted] kitchen faucet, model 9159T-DST, is leaking severely, causing damage to the wood in my new cabinets. I believed I was purchasing a top-quality product with a lifetime warranty. However, upon contacting customer service, I was informed that I am only eligible for free replacement parts under the warranty, and I would need to install them myself. Additionally, the representative attempted to sell me a new faucet for $[redacted]. I am requesting a replacement faucet as I do not believe the phone diagnosis by the customer service agent is accurate. I am unable to use my kitchen sink due to the leak, and as a 70-year-old without plumbing experience, this is very concerning. My kitchen is only 4 years old, and this issue is causing significant inconvenience. Looking forward to your prompt response, Edna S. I am a customer with a one-touch Kitchen faucet, model number 9159T-DST. While initially pleased with the product, my recent interaction with customer service was unsatisfactory. Despite providing assistance over the phone, the representative sent the incorrect part after diagnosing the issue remotely, causing additional problems. Having been instructed to install it myself, as a non-professional, I find this concerning. Instead of resolving the issue, this has led to damage to my kitchen cabinets due to a leaky faucet. I have had to call a plumber twice. I urgently request a replacement faucet and prompt feedback. Please address this promptly. Thank you, Edna Stuart.

I recently purchased a new shower head from Ferguson at the beginning of the year with the intention of getting a 2.5 flow rate, but it turned out to be 1.7 (part number 58065ss). Unfortunately, Ferguson does not accept returns. I then ordered a similar shower head with a 2.5 flow rate from Amazon, but it was actually 2.0, not 2.5 as labeled by Delta. Subsequently, I ordered another shower head with a 2.5 flow rate, only to realize it was the same as the one I already had. When I contacted Delta's helpline at 1-[redacted], I explained my situation and frustration, but they abruptly hung up on me. At this point, I am quite disheartened. I would appreciate it if Delta could send me a correctly labeled shower head with a 2.5 flow rate, and I am willing to return my current one in exchange. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, James from Circle Pines, MG.

I am experiencing a continuous leak from my 10-year-old Delta Brizo coppertone faucet, causing damage to my cabinets. I am struggling to locate the source of the leak within the faucet and unable to remove the screw for repair. I believe that Delta, based near me in Carmel, Indiana, should be able to assist in repairing or replacing the faucet due to its high cost of over $[redacted]. Matching the unique copper tone of this faucet to our kitchen fixtures is crucial, hence my preference for a replacement from the Brizo line. I would appreciate discussing options for a replacement, potentially a new or reconditioned model. Thank you, Steve S. – Indianapolis.

Hello, approximately a year ago, I purchased a Delta single-handle kitchen faucet from Lowe's. Recently, I noticed it's leaking, initially thinking it was from around the handle. Upon closer inspection, I found the source to be the spout, with a split seam underneath it. This issue is new to me as I have never experienced it with Delta faucets in the past. I suspect it may be due to an inferior weld or material used. I value Delta products for their accessibility to parts and ease of maintenance, but in this instance, replacement seems necessary. Given the age of the faucet, I believe it should not be my responsibility to purchase a new one. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Please contact me via email to discuss a solution. Thank you, Jim

I have a Delta kitchen faucet, specifically the Grant [redacted]-SS-DST model, purchased from Lowe's and professionally installed a few years back. Currently, I have a leak originating from the crimped end of the hose with part number RP50390. Initially, I suspected the connection between the hose and the wand, but even after trying to re-tighten it, the leak persists at the top of the hose where it is crimped onto the mesh hose. I believe this issue should be covered under warranty. I am registered in your database. If needed, I can provide a picture, although it would only show the water leak, as there is no visible damage. Subject: Assistance Needed with Delta Kitchen Faucet #[redacted]-DST I purchased the Delta Kitchen Faucet #[redacted]-DST on 07-04-[redacted] and I am encountering two issues with it. Recently, I have observed that the spray/stream flow mode rocker switch on the spray head is challenging to switch between modes. It requires excessive pressure, making it difficult for my wife to operate. I tried applying silicon lubricant as suggested by a friend, but it only made the situation worse. Another persistent problem is that when using the spray pattern mode, the water streams are irregular and not uniform. Some streams are not spraying at all, while others do not flow straight, resulting in a ragged pattern. I attempted to clean the spray head with white vinegar, but it did not improve the situation. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or parts you can provide to resolve these issues. Thank you in advance, Dennis

We had a Delta kitchen faucet installed as an upgrade back in [redacted]. Over time, it has become rigid and challenging to move. Despite efforts from the plumber who installed it, the faucet now lacks mobility, and even after several attempts, the issue remains. The model is similar to Delta B4310LF, with a pull-out feature and chrome finish. The chrome is deteriorating on the faucet head. We are looking to discuss the lifetime warranty and potentially replace this faulty faucet. Thank you, Gary S. 34 Blue Jay Dr, Stevens, PA [redacted]. [redacted].

In April [redacted], our plumber installed a Delta Classic [redacted]-DST. Unfortunately, we noticed that water leaked when the faucet was turned off with wet hands, running down the handle into the seam below and into the cabinet. To temporarily stop the leak, we had to wrap a paper towel around the seam and secure it with a rubber band. This makeshift solution was not ideal. So, on December 28, [redacted], we had the plumber replace the faucet with a new Delta Classic [redacted]-DST. However, the new faucet has the same issue, leaking in the same manner. Wrapping a paper towel around the seam stops the leak. It seems like a design flaw or we received two faulty faucets. We hope to have a functional faucet that doesn't leak, which is also important to our plumbing company.

I recently purchased a Delta shower faucet from Lowes, but unfortunately, the box did not include any instructions. I tried searching online and watching YouTube videos, but I couldn't find the help I needed. When I tried calling Delta, I was put on hold for half an hour and couldn't get through because they had already closed early for the weekend without informing callers. Frustrated, I returned the faucet and bought a Kohler instead. I was relieved to reach Kohler's customer service after hours on a Friday and received help. I was disappointed by Delta's lack of customer service and the cumbersome process to get assistance, including a lengthy online form and difficulty contacting them. This experience has led me to decide not to support Delta in the future.

I recently purchased a new Delta kitchen faucet. A plumber installed it, but now it drips after being turned off. I contacted Delta, and they are sending a replacement cartridge, which will arrive in 2 business days. However, I am disappointed that I have to manage the replacement myself and cover any additional plumbing expenses. It's frustrating that a brand-new faucet with a full lifetime warranty already requires a part replacement. This situation has made me reconsider my choice of faucet, and I believe Delta should provide a technician to handle the repair or replacement.

On May 12, [redacted], I bought a Delta single handle kitchen faucet at Lowes in Erie, PA for $[redacted].12. After installation, it has been very disappointing. The red and blue plastic insert indicating hot and cold fell out in the first week, despite being secure initially. Additionally, it requires precise handling to shut off completely; otherwise, it continues to drip. I had considered both Moen and Delta but chose this faucet for its appearance, which turned out to be misleading. I am now looking for an alternative as I don't want to constantly monitor a faucet. Thank you for allowing me to express my disappointment with this product.

I have a Brizzo 64025LF-SS Artisso single handle pull-down kitchen faucet with smart touch technology installed in my kitchen for about two years. Initially, there was weak water pressure. A new solenoid was installed, but it didn't help much. The pressure is so low that I mainly use the prep sink. After reading similar complaints on Amazon, I wonder if there is a way to adjust the faucet for better pressure by perhaps sacrificing the smart touch technology. I'm willing to explore options as I expected more from the $[redacted].90 investment in this faucet.

I recently purchased a Delta 7 Spray faucet with a wand attachment, and I've run into an issue. The plastic connector linking the wand to the water supply is leaking significantly. As an engineer, I can confirm that this problem has likely arisen from connecting a metal male thread (the house) to a female plastic thread (the black connector), a design flaw. Although there are no visible cracks, I am hesitant to tighten the connection further. It's frustrating that this unit is only four hours old and already unusable. My name is John Love, and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted].

I upgraded all the fixtures in my home to Delta products. After an issue with a broken TP holder, Delta replaced it under the lifetime warranty. However, the replacement's swivel arm is loose and not functioning correctly. I recently found my original receipt and contacted Delta, but had trouble reaching them via phone or chat. I have been a loyal Delta customer through numerous remodels. I am now questioning if I should continue using Delta due to the customer service and warranty support issues I have encountered.

Approximately 18 months ago, I bought two Delta [redacted]-PK 5 shower heads. They were working well until a recent artesian well drilling introduced fine grit into my water system. The grit is clogging the screens in the shower heads every 3 months, significantly reducing the water flow. I am installing a spin-down filter to address the issue, but clearing all the residual grit from the plumbing system might take some time. Due to the frequent removal and replacement of the shower heads, the washers are showing signs of wear and leaking. I have been unable to find replacement filters at local hardware stores and plumbing supply shops. A store representative advised me to reach out to you directly for information on where to purchase these washers/filters. If I can't find these washers, I am considering replacing the screened washer with a plain one. Will the introduction of grit damage the shower heads? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After the [redacted] Harvey Flood, we completely renovated our home. New faucets were installed including 4 lavatory faucets, 1 Garden tub faucet, 1 bathtub/shower faucet, 1 free standing shower faucet, and 1 kitchen faucet, all in Venetian Bronze. Two of the lavatory faucets have developed discolorations despite only being wiped dry after use. All faucets are Delta Lahara, with the affected ones being the Delta Lahara Single Hole-Single Handle Model [redacted]-RBMPU-DST installed on June 3, [redacted]. I believe Delta should replace these two discolored faucets as none of the others have shown any discoloration. Though there was confusion about cleaning products mentioned during a previous discussion with Delta, I want to clarify that I do not use harsh cleaners on the faucets, only on the lavatories.

I purchased Delta's Sliding Bath Shower Doors from Home Depot but received one with a slightly bent vertical member. When I contacted Delta Shower Doors at [redacted], the representative advised me to return it for a replacement. Despite providing my information and being promised an email for further steps, I never received it even after following up. The delay is impacting my installation, and I'm disappointed in Delta's customer service. I am considering sharing my experience on social media to caution others. The phone representative appeared disinterested in assisting me, which was frustrating. I am seeking a replacement vertical member to resolve this issue promptly. Contact: Brian S. [redacted]

I was on hold for 30 minutes with music playing, then rang for 5 minutes without anyone answering. I called again later and hung up after 20 minutes. I purchased a Delta Classic shower faucet assembly [redacted]-A at Home Depot and had a plumber install it. However, it constantly dripped. Even after removing and reinstalling the cartridge four times, the dripping continued overnight. The plumber had to replace the valve cartridge, which solved the problem. The faulty cartridge had to be replaced at an additional cost of $80, reduced from the original $[redacted]. I paid $99 for the faucet assembly. There seems to be an issue with one of the water intakes on the cartridge, possibly due to a manufacturing defect. I would like a refund of the extra $80 I spent to fix the problem.

Subject: Issue with Faucet Tip I have encountered a problem with the faucet tip on model number [redacted]-RBMPU-DST. There seems to be a pinhole stream of water coming out of the fitting at the end of the faucet. I suspect the issue may be related to hard water deposits surrounding the fitting. Three questions: 1. Can the tip (fitting) be unscrewed from the rest of the faucet safely? The online diagram does not provide this information, and I don't want to damage anything attempting to remove it. 2. How can I stop the leak? Do I need a rubber seal, O-ring, or sealant to fix this issue? 3. If the tip can be unscrewed, is it appropriate to use WD-40 to loosen it? If a phone call is necessary to address my concerns, please contact me at [redacted] (Cell). Thank you, M. Rose
