I tired to schedule a dental appointment for tomorrow and before going the receptionist asked for my insurance information to confirm how it would be covered. She called me back saying that there is no information on my plan and they cannot validate any of the account information I gave her. Because of this I cannot schedule I dental appointment because it appears that I have no insurance. My Enrollee ID is ************ and my Group ID is *****. I would really appreciate to have this resolved as soon as possible. Can you please confirm my plan is still active? I was laid off back in March but I enrolled in COBRA so that I could continue using my Dental benefits. I'm paying the government over $*** per month so that I could maintain my medical and dental coverage and I would really appreciate to have access to them so that I can get my money's worth. Thank you.
