As a senior citizen, I require assistance checking in my elderly brother for his flight from GSP to Copenhagen, including all connecting flights. It's crucial he has wheelchair assistance. Despite trying to contact the airline, I've been unable to confirm this service. I attempted using the Delta app, but encountered issues with processing the information. Last night, I attempted to book a reservation utilizing eCredits along with paying the balance using a credit card on Delta's system. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulty when the system would not accept the security code despite trying three different cards and contacting the credit card company for assistance. As a result, I was unable to complete the purchase and the transaction timed out or was canceled. This morning when I tried to rebook, the system indicated that there were no eCredits available for me. I am confused and frustrated by this as I need the eCredits re-issued so I can proceed with making another reservation. It appears that there might have been a significant system issue or crash that caused this problem. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Trip Confirmation: G3Z2P3 I recently canceled a trip to Quito, Ecuador for Fanny Margarita Gonzalez and Jerry Evans Whitman. We opted to pay an extra $70 for a refund instead of a credit. Hello, I need assistance with my current SkyMiles account as I have credits from canceled flights due to the Coronavirus. I would like to know the expiration date for my e credits and when I need to make a reservation by to avoid losing them. Delta initially mentioned I had to use the e credits before the year-end to prevent them from becoming invalid. My wife and children also have e credits, so it would be beneficial to understand the process to avoid losing any credits and miles. Additionally, I would like to book using my Delta Platinum card. I need help with my flight details. There seems to be a discrepancy between what I was told by the airline and what is displayed online regarding the departure time. Additionally, I have incurred expenses totaling $[redacted] as a result of flight disruptions but was only compensated with a $[redacted] travel voucher. Unfortunately, there was an incident onboard where a passenger behaved inappropriately, and I am now facing harassment from another passenger who is not following mask regulations. Despite my complaints, this individual has not been addressed by the airline and continues to confront me. His behavior is distressing as he mocks me openly for wearing personal protective equipment.

We were given a Delta voucher for a hotel after a long day of travel, only to arrive at the hotel and find out they won't accept it. My elderly parents are now dealing with the Holiday Inn Express staff who are not being helpful, along with a group of other stranded Delta passengers. We've been trying to reach Delta by phone with multiple devices, but one call was informed of a 4-hour wait time. Subject: Disappointing First Class Experience I recently flew back to Orlando on Delta flight [redacted] from SLC with my family of six. We were served a "Grain Bowl" as our meal, which was quite disappointing. On a previous flight from Orlando to SLC at 7 am, the breakfast option was just a cheese and cracker plate. I had expected a more upscale dining experience in first class, especially considering the high cost of our six first class tickets. The only positive aspect was the extra legroom. I feel that the meal offerings did not match the premium price paid for first class. I hope Delta can address this issue, as I am hesitant to purchase first class tickets from them in the future. Our travel route includes a flight from Albuquerque, NM to Atlanta on Sunday, January 23rd at 11:36 a.m. (KL5723), arriving in Atlanta at 4:23 p.m. I have a connecting flight (KL6072) to Amsterdam departing Atlanta at 5:30 p.m. With only an hour to change from domestic to international flights, any delay in the Albuquerque flight could cause me to miss my connection. To avoid this, I am requesting assistance to change my Albuquerque to Atlanta flight to an earlier time on that morning.

I experienced a frustrating situation with my connecting Delta flight from Atlanta. It was unexpectedly canceled without any explanation. A new flight was arranged for the next morning at 8:30 am. Despite arriving on time and making it to the gate, we were denied boarding. We were informed that our flight had been mysteriously rescheduled for two days later. This entire ordeal is unacceptable. I am requesting at the very least a rental car, accommodation expenses covered, and a refund for our disrupted itinerary.

I need to cancel my flight, DL3724, and all subsequent flights. I previously canceled this booking and received a refund due to family circumstances related to COVID-19, so I had to change to a flight from Providence instead of Boston. I modified my flight dates on the Delta app initially and later had Expedia confirm the change to my ticket. However, Expedia couldn't validate my selected seat or special meal request for the transatlantic flight, advising me to contact Delta directly for assistance. Despite numerous attempts to reach Delta, including leaving my callback number instead of waiting on hold, I didn't receive any response after waiting all day on December 29th. On the "manage my trips" page, I notice two reservations, one reflecting my requests and the other without them. I'm unable to view the seat selection map and keep getting prompted to contact Delta, leaving me feeling stuck in this situation.
