Hello, I need assistance with a refund for my flight that was impacted by the travel ban. I had originally booked the flights in February [redacted], rescheduled for May [redacted], and then to August [redacted]. Three days before the August 8, [redacted] flight from Frankfurt to Detroit/Grand Rapids, I requested a refund. I received the confirmation of the refund request, but have not heard anything from Delta since. I booked the tickets through a travel agency in Germany, but they were unable to assist as I cancelled directly with Delta. The refund request number is DC[redacted]2 from August 5, [redacted]. I have been unable to reach Delta by phone, Twitter, or Facebook. How can I contact Delta to inquire about the refund process? Thank you for your assistance.

Flight Delays and Missed Connection My boyfriend, Garrett C., and I were scheduled to take Flight [redacted] at 6am. We received an email at 3:52am notifying us of a delay until 8am. Despite being en-route to the airport, the flight was further delayed until 10am due to intercom issues involving a light bulb in the lavatory, as explained by a Delta gate representative. Subsequently, the departure was pushed back an additional 2 hours, causing us to depart at 12pm after a 7-hour airport wait, resulting in the missed connecting flight to Belize. The situation was frustrating, especially considering the delayed maintenance actions and miscommunication about the departure time. Consequently, we lost a full day in Belize and were unable to obtain a refund for our $[redacted] per night hotel stay. We are extremely disappointed with the experience and hope for some resolution after this meticulously planned trip went awry.

I have attempted to contact Delta's customer service through various channels with no success and now seek clarification regarding using my voucher for a trip to Florida in January. I am uncertain about the voucher value and how to redeem it for my wife's and my tickets. The voucher lists four individuals, including Dean James Pawlicki, Mary Jane Pawlicki, Diane Marie Burns, and Richard D. Burns. Could you confirm if each person is entitled to $1,[redacted].85? Additionally, as my brother-in-law made the ticket purchase with his credit card, and we reimbursed him, how should the redemption process be handled? In March [redacted], my wife and I purchased Delta tickets for flights from Rochester, NY to Minneapolis/St. Paul. Due to Covid-19, Delta allowed us to cancel and offered to hold our funds for future use. We rebooked, choosing Delta Flight #[redacted] on December 2, departing Rochester at 6:26am and arriving nonstop in Minneapolis/St. Paul at 8:10am, with the return on December 6 on Delta #[redacted] at 8:25pm and landing in Rochester at 11:46pm. However, the flight numbers have changed, and we are now scheduled for a one-stop Flight #[redacted] departing Rochester on December 2 at 6:15am, connecting in Detroit to Flight #DL2925 departing at 8:25am and arriving in Minneapolis/St. Paul at 9:30am. I needed to fly urgently to Nashville due to a family emergency. Unfortunately, after my brother's heart transplant, my dog also needed to be put to sleep, forcing me to change my travel plans last minute. I had to cancel my return flight from Nashville to NYC. However, contacting Delta has been a challenge. I tried calling and chatting, as well as speaking with the ticket desk at BNA, but haven't received the assistance I need. Given the difficult circumstances I've faced, I kindly request a credit for the unused ticket. I am requesting a refund for my purchase on September 5th, [redacted]. I departed from LAX at 7:30 am, had a 45-minute layover in Atlanta, switched planes, and ultimately arrived in Jackson, Mississippi around 5 pm. I had bought a $27 insurance policy when I booked the flight back in July, which I was informed was refundable. However, on the 5th of September, I had to buy an additional $30 insurance, which I paid for in cash, and was told it was also refundable. Despite this, I have not received any reimbursement yet. I am unsure of the next steps to take to receive my refund. Please advise me on how to proceed. My luggage did not arrive in Orlando as expected from Detroit. A Delta baggage claim representative informed me that my bag was on another flight to Orlando and would be delivered to my hotel at Pop Culture Resort in DisneyWorld. The Delta staff mentioned the bag would arrive in the afternoon, but it has not been delivered yet. I am trying to locate its current status. I attempted to track it using the website and entering the provided reference number, MCODL23264, but the site kept indicating that the number was incorrect, hindering my tracking efforts.

Hello! I flew with Delta Airlines yesterday, December 1st, departing at 3:50 PM from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Guatemala City with a long layover in Atlanta. This morning, I flew from Atlanta to Guatemala City at 10:00 AM and arrived at 12:30 PM. Unfortunately, my checked suitcase was missing upon arrival in Guatemala City, even though I was assured at check-in in Paris that it would be with me all the way. As I don't speak Spanish, I couldn't find a Delta representative at the airport. Being part of a group, I had to leave the airport without the chance to file a claim. I recently rescheduled my ticket for a different departure date and opted to upgrade to first class. However, I encountered an error message advising me to revisit the seat map as the transaction couldn't go through. It was stated that the upgrade was non-changeable and nonrefundable. I re-entered my credit card details, paid again for the upgrade, but faced the same error message. This process contradicts the advertised easier and more convenient flight change policy. Hi Delta Airlines, I was very disappointed to be charged for luggage on my trip home from Boston. When I bought my flight back in [redacted], luggage was free. We booked new flights with our vouchers but had to pay for two cases. My sister and I each paid £[redacted], then had to pay another £[redacted] for the new flights and $[redacted] for the cases. I am very upset about the prices; I already thought the flights were expensive without having to pay extra for luggage. My partner and I purchased tickets for a flight from Amsterdam to Aruba for my sister's wedding, but due to a change in the wedding date caused by Covid-19, we had to cancel our trip within 24 hours.
