In early March, I received a suspicious email that appeared to be from Delta. Upon contacting customer service to address the issue with my skymiles account, I was informed of the dubious nature of the email. Despite my attempts, I was unable to access my skymiles account. I used the online validation form to verify the account and received a confirmation with a case number on March 18. Unfortunately, there have been no further updates since then. The long wait times for Delta customer service, exceeding 4 hours on most days, and the absence of a call back option have made it challenging to reach them. Their limited communication options have led to frustration, including an error while trying to submit a complaint/comment on their website. With upcoming travel plans and a substantial amount of accumulated miles at stake, it is imperative that I establish contact with Delta promptly.

I was a passenger on flight [redacted] on Sunday, May 2, which got downsized. I volunteered to switch to a different flight. We were promised a $[redacted] voucher and a gift card link by email. However, I haven't received the email yet. I'd like to check the status on this. The Delta desk staff were nice but seemed confused during the chaos. When I went to board flight [redacted], I found out I wasn't even booked for that flight. Thankfully, an attendant helped me get a seat, especially since that flight was delayed by an hour, causing me to worry about my connecting flight in MN. We volunteers were given conflicting information, and I'm concerned that my voucher is not correct. When I check online, it only shows travel credit, which wasn't what I agreed to. Please advise. I had encountered issues applying my certificate to the flight reservation I made yesterday from SFO to RHI with confirmation number: HPPB58. Despite trying to add the certificate number, #[redacted][redacted], to my profile to offset the ticket cost, I was unsuccessful. The amount of $[redacted].40 from the cancellation of my previous flight from SFO to Ft. Myers, FLA on March 21, [redacted], confirmation #: GRCDXY, needs to be utilized for this new booking. I had to use my AMEX Sky Miles card to secure the reservation due to the system not accepting the certificate. I am seeking your help to reapply the $[redacted].40 credit towards the SFO to RHI flight since I was not able to do it online within the one-year validity period. Recently, Delta altered our direct flights from RSW to Boston on August 30, switching them to a connecting flight with a layover that is 2 hours longer. Surprisingly, I did not receive any notification, but my husband did via email. Regrettably, Delta does not provide any alternative direct flights. I spent over 4 1/2 hours on hold, and attempted chat for the same duration, unfortunately without any response. Given that I don't usually fly Delta, I am seeking a refund instead of an ecredit in light of this unique circumstance.

I have a Delta confirmation code JJKSTF for my flight tomorrow on 5/10. I attempted to purchase an upgrade to Delta Comfort for the first leg of my journey from Tucson to Atlanta, flight DL [redacted]. Unfortunately, the upgrade transaction failed each time at the last minute, but my credit card was charged with pending charges for at least 5 failed attempts. I am eager to buy the upgrade and request that the pending charges be removed from my credit card.

If I buy tickets for two connecting flights on July 9, can I ensure my baggage is transferred between them? I am attempting to reserve a roundtrip flight for two individuals from San Diego to Chicago O'Hare using my companion certificate. I have successfully accessed the companion certificate, but I am only able to select one flight option, which does not align with our preferred schedule. My Skymiles number is [redacted]. It has been over a year, and I am frustrated about not receiving a refund for our Delta Air Lines cancelled flight purchased through Orbitz due to Covid last April. Orbitz informed me five months ago that Delta had approved a full refund, but after waiting past the promised timeframe with no updates, I learned that Orbitz had not submitted the refund request. I have been on hold with an agent for 2 hours. We have a group of 6 booked for a wedding in Ketchikan, Alaska. Delta notified us that our return flight from Seattle to Atlanta was changed without offering an alternative. We saw available seats on flight DL356 on August 9th and need help rebooking. Hello, I am reaching out because we are working on bringing an American artist to the NES artist residency in Iceland. I followed Delta's website guidance to add my infant to my booking, but after multiple call attempts, I have been unable to reach a representative due to extended wait times exceeding 5 hours each time. It is crucial for me to include my infant on this trip, as I will not be traveling without my baby to visit their grandparents for the first time. I have been unsuccessfully trying to get in touch with a representative for several months. Despite submitting numerous online complaints, I have not received any response. The problem lies in the misspelling of my last name on my Delta SkyMiles account, preventing me from using my miles to purchase a flight due to it not matching my passenger information. The cost of the flight I intended to book has significantly increased, and I am frustrated by Delta's lack of response. Their customer service has been extremely poor, with long wait times of over 5 hours whenever I call. Regardless of the global pandemic, I believe this level of service is unacceptable.
