Dear Delta Corporate, I hope this message reaches your attention. I would like to express my concerns with the recent stance on voter ID laws. As a frequent flyer with Delta, I am surprised by the company's opinion that requiring an ID to vote is considered racist. I find it puzzling that while I am always asked for identification when flying, Delta seems to imply that minorities would struggle to obtain an ID to vote. This assumption is disrespectful and discriminatory. It appears hypocritical for a company to take a strong political stance while requiring identification for other purposes. Your decision has led me to reconsider using Delta for my travels. I believe it is important for companies to stay out of politics and focus on providing quality services. I booked flights for two people departing from Dayton, OH to Las Vegas, NV, which have been changed twice. Originally seeking first class, the prices fluxuated during booking. After calling, I was accommodated with flights in Comfort+ to Minneapolis, then first class to Vegas and back with two layovers in Atlanta and Detroit, both in Comfort+. My wife and I have mobility challenges and prefer fewer layovers. I have tried contacting Delta Customer Care multiple times but experienced long hold times, three hours currently. Attempts to reach corporate were unsuccessful, making me consider contacting the Better Business Bureau for resolution. Delta's customer service is disappointing.

Delta's recent stance on Georgia's voter integrity law has led me to reconsider my loyalty as a customer. The contrast between the ID requirements for boarding their planes and their statements on voter identification seems hypocritical. I have made the decision to no longer fly with Delta, choosing to explore other options for my travel needs. The alignment with certain political ideologies and the potential relocation of their corporate headquarters are points I find concerning. I believe in the importance of voter integrity and equal access to voting, including the requirement of identification. Delta's current actions and affiliations do not align with my values. As a long-time Silver Medallion member since the Northwest acquisition, my wife and I are disheartened by Delta's recent statements regarding the Georgia election law. The shift in position appears driven by a small yet vocal group, which does not align with the values of your company or the African-American community. We have enjoyed our experience with Delta, but if this is the new direction, we may have to explore other options due to decreased benefits and the challenges of modern travel. I will not be flying with Delta due to their response to Georgia's voting laws. They have shared incorrect information about the new laws. Colorado's laws are not as good as Georgia's, and New York and Delaware have stricter laws. Voter ID is widely supported, and I have had to show ID multiple times at airports, including when purchasing flights. I will choose to drive instead of flying with Delta unless they apologize. It's disappointing to see the political stance they have taken. I have friends and family who will also stop using Delta in protest. I am disheartened by Biden's actions at the border and his priorities as president. The image of him as a caring leader has faded quickly.

Lastly, history shows the negative results of boycotting entities based on political ideologies, like when "Freedom 🍟 Fries" were popularized during the conflict in Iraq. Such actions were proven to be misguided, as the reasons for war were groundless and led to extensive financial costs and loss of American lives without achieving the intended goals of promoting freedom and democracy.

We would like to split the charges among both families' credit cards. Due to the actions of Delta staff and incorrect information provided, I missed my flight. Unfortunately, I was unable to rebook as there were no available flights for the rest of the evening. I had requested reasonable accommodations for my service pet by providing the necessary health documentation, which was not properly addressed. I believe Delta should compensate me for the expenses incurred for the car service I had to use to travel between the airport and home due to their last-minute cancellation and delays which were not communicated to me adequately.

I traveled from Sacramento International Airport to Jacksonville, FL today. The journey from Sacramento to Atlanta, GA went smoothly. However, upon landing in Atlanta, finding Gate T08 for my connecting flight was challenging due to poorly placed signs. Despite reaching the gate on time, I was informed by your agent that my plane had departed and I would have to wait until tomorrow. As I was being issued a new ticket for the next day, boarding agents called to inquire about my whereabouts. I informed the staff that the plane was still at the gate, but they refused to assist me further. I expressed my situation of lacking funds, food, and accommodations but to no avail. I am currently stranded at the airport feeling tired, hungry, and alone.

I flew on Delta Flight DL [redacted] from MSP to Denver on April 29, [redacted]. Since Covid last year, I've chosen Delta for their safety measures. However, I was disappointed with this flight. I sat next to a family of 4, all with masks below their noses. The flight attendants didn't address this during snack service. I urge Delta to enforce mask regulations more strictly. I plan to raise awareness on social media about this issue. I have photos of passengers not wearing masks while talking.

I recently discovered that my first flight on the return leg of my journey has been rescheduled from June 5th at 2:30 p.m. to a new departure time at 6:00 a.m. Unfortunately, this change does not align with my schedule while I am in Austin. I am not seeking a refund as I carefully selected my flights when prices were lower. The unexpected significant time alteration by Delta Airlines has now complicated the planned activities of my trip. I am looking for a flight returning to Indianapolis from Austin on June 5th after 2:00 p.m. If necessary, departing on June 6th in the afternoon is acceptable as long as I arrive in Indianapolis before 10:00 p.m. I only fly a few times annually, always choosing Delta, so this situation is quite disappointing and I hope for a satisfactory resolution.

Recently, Delta updated my itinerary for my trip from DTW to LHR round trip scheduled for 7/27/21-8/4/21. Unfortunately, the alterations to my 7/27/21 flights have significantly extended my layover in ATL, leading to an impossible connection in ATL on 8/4/21. I am urgently seeking to adjust these flights. However, I've encountered issues with the "Modify Flight" feature, faced extensive hold times of approximately 5.5 hours when trying to reach the reservation phone line, and uncertain wait times for connecting with a live customer service agent via chat.

Last night, I checked in for my flight from Wausau, WI to Minneapolis, MN on Flight DL [redacted] this morning, departing at 7:15AM on May 4, [redacted]. I pre-paid a $30 luggage fee during check-in on May 3. However, upon arriving at the terminal today, Delta informed me that there was no record of my prepayment and I had to pay the fee again. The Delta representative advised me to reach out to Delta if I noticed two charges on my credit card. Upon checking my American Express account, I confirmed two $30 charges from Delta Airlines, one on May 3 and another on May 4. I've been attempting to contact Delta for a refund, but I keep getting placed on hold with an estimated wait time of 3 to 21 hours.
