My computer is under warranty until January **, ****. Service tag *: H**P*Y**Express servie code: *************It is not holding a charge well. When I charge it and then take it off the charger after at least overnight, it immediately drops to **%. That is where I start. After using the computer off the charger right now for less than one hour, it has **% remaining. **This seems like a very quick discharge and the fact that it starts at **% right after charging indicates that there is something wrong with either the battery or the computer itself. **I'm quite disappointed. This is the second time I've had to have intervention from tech support in the first year. **Please contact me so we can come up with a plan to rectify this situation. Thanks.**Debbie
