Help with my Dell - Tech Support issue

Case no. Service Tag *DHBF** case no ********** The tech support man was Edwin. He updated my machine to try and fix the fault with my power supply. It didn't work so he has arranged a call out as its a new machine. However I switched it off after he had finished and later switched it back on and the fault is now gone can you ask Edwin to contact me and can you cancel the call out as it appears ok now. It is a new machine.
GetHuman-gmaxa did not yet indicate what Dell - Tech Support should do to make this right.

It was a new PC Desktop. It had a power fault where by it could not detect the voltage of the adapter. Edwin of Dell Tech support was brilliant. He remotely connected to the PC and found there was much to update and also the BIOS needed updating which he felt might be the ultimate problem. At the end of a long session (he was kind and patient and assured me he would get it working) . When he signed off as the fault was still there he arranged for a house call. I switched off went for a cup of tea and came back started the PC and the fault had gone. I phoned Dell to stop the call out. Edwin phoned the following day to check and was as pleased as me that the fault was gone. I am very impressed with Edwin and hiis knowledge and patience. I hope this was just a blip and that now my PC will give me hours of pleasure.
