The new Dell laptop I received a few days ago has had problems from the first day.* Problems with the battery immediately and continuing.* Problems with the sleep mode too.* Problems with the laptop freezing, requiring it to be restarted.* I thought after I got the Internet hooked up to this Dell laptop, there would be an automatic needed download from Dell* * *and*or Microsoft* * *that would correct these problems.* However there is no change* these problems persist.***I contacted Amazon's automated return website, but that site said Amazon would pay only ** dollars to send back the computer* and I needed to send it the same day.* Well I* have never done that before and ** dollars I am sure will not be enough.* I live in Korea* the only place I know that I would think will mail that is Korea Post.* Instead of clicking the last button for agreement to that, I send an email with all the information to Dell** * * *primary* *at* *amazon.com.* * * * That is a very unfair automated system.* It should have a way to explain a customers true situation.* As it is, Amazon is trying to force me to accept something unclear and unfair.***So, I contacted Amazon by that email to have reported this problem and hopefully they will reply with something that is fair.* It is remarkable to buy a new computer with it having immediately upon taking it out of the box, problems -- defects.* I also am sending this same information to Dell.* This is Dell's product* certainly Dell should help me with this too -- it is their defective new product.* I trusted Dell to provide a product that is not defected.* It is really outrages -- like some of a scam of sorts.* Lester Newell* * newell.joseph* at* *gmail.comAmazon*Order Confirmation*Hello Lester Newell,
