I purchased my refurburished Dell desktop computer on *-**-****. I also purchased an additional *-year warranty. About two seeks ago I started loosing my connection with the internet. It kept happening. I called a professional and was told it needed a new 'card'. The fact is, a certain cable*cord kept coming loose and so I was constantly being disconnected from online. The cord just comes loose, at some points just falling out. This is an older hard drive, and it sets on the floor under my desk, and is never moved. This is the very product name: Refurbished Dell OptiPlex ****-SFF WA*-**** Desktop PC with Intel Core i*-**** Processor, ** GB Memory, *TB Hard Drive and Windows ** Pro, Price was $***.**. I also purchased a *-year extended warranty for **.**. I purchased this computer on *-**-**** at Walmart.com. I have been trying to get help now costing me * *** hours on the phone, not including online. Walmart says it cannot help me because it is still under one year old and is covered by Dell. There is indeed a Service Tag sticker on top of the computer. However, the girl kept repeating to me that she needed a ervice Tag * that was only * char*numbers long, and this one is * char*numbers long. She finally agreed to try this number. Then telling me that it was not the Service Tag *. I then asked her if she thought that I had put this sticker on the computer. After too long, she agreed to transfer me to Dell C*S. Which I was informed that they are closed, giving me no time or days they were open. I'm sorry, but I really need my computer. So, please, can you help me and do you need any other information that I can ive you to solve this problem?
