The issue in GetHuman-debritam's own words
Hi, I purchased my dell inspiron **** yesterday i.e. ********** with a purchase reciept from Abensons at Manila, Philippines. However, when i checked the service tag on dell support online, the start date and warranty expiration date is different, warranty expiration date shows in Sept, **** whereas based on my purchase date it should be Mar, ****. I checked with dealer and they say that the reciept should be enough for claiming one year warranty. Howver, I want confirmation from dell support on the same. If that is not the case, I would need an advise from dell otherwise so as to return the unacceptable laptop to the dealer here immediately. I also travel a lot so i would need to know the coverage on international warranty. Please advise at the earliest so that i could take necessary actions.
