The issue in GetHuman1971795's own words
Hello Dell Customer Care.**My name is James Watkins, I own a Dell Venue * Pro, service tag * *****Z*.**In December ****, I received a pop up notification of a bios update for the Dell Venue * Pro.**I checked the battery status, *** full charge, and selected the bios update.**Once it was finished, it prompted me to reboot the tablet.**It shut down and never boot back up. Manual attempts to boot it up result in nothing.**I have no doubt that it was the fault of the bios update.**I know that the warranty has expired, but this was caused by a Dell update, not by my own action.**I assume I am not the only person impacted, and I tried letting the tablet run down to no charge, then plugged it in and attempted to boot it up, still nothing.**Please acknowledge this message, and let me know how we can remedy this issue, or I will never purchase a Dell product again.**Thank you.*James Watkins******@***.com
