I have a Dell Inspiron *** **** series* model p**t* service tag(sn) *jxlc***express service code *********** that has not been used for more than a year as I cannot remember the password to sign on. Sign on user name is: ronnie schiffbauer * *****@***.com. I do not remember the password and cannot sign on to change the password on either the computer or the Hotmail address. I can be reached at *****@***.com with instructions on how to sign on and change the password. CAN YOU HELP ME OR DIRECT ME TO WHO CAN?????? PLEASE HELP
