Bought a Dell **** laptop in Early June. The wifi card randomly shows up on the active or hidden network adapter list. I can get online, if I insert a usb adapter, but shouldn't have to. I just got back from San Antonio, Tx on Fri. **** and the laptop wifi worked perfect, while down in Tx. Before that, I only had the laptop about a week and it only got on the net with the internal wifi card twice. since being back, the wifi card just disappeared then magically showed back up a day later. It has only got on the net * times, since being back. Now it is back to only showing up on the hidden list again. Not sure if the internal card is bad and needs to be replaced or if it is just a setting that needs to get changed. I called tech support back on **** and they were going to send me a shipping label, so I could send it in to get repaired (which they said I could do after I got back from Tx.), but never got the email with the label. But it started working, while down in Tx. for the entire two weeks I was there. So, reaching out to you guys once more, for help, before requesting a shipping label again.
