I ordered an three laptops and all of them was canceled. So, I told them that I don't want anything from DELL, and I just want my money back. They took my money **********, then they told me that my money will be back on my account in *-* days, but that didn't happened, so I called them, text them and they didn't respond on it. They sent some request to my bank, and they told me that they will contact me in **-**h, but that didn't happened too. So is there any chance that someone in DELL company can help me with that?My service request number is *********.
