I have checked several times and there is not Service Request created regarding us sending a box to you for this service tag. You will need to get a hold of the technician who assisted you with this request or if you have any emails regarding your request for this please contact the technical support department as they are the one who have the authority of creating those type of dispatches. When the technical support usually sends a box in order for you to send your system back at our repair center they will always include a prepaid shipping label which can be a proof that you had received this service.*******Like I previously stated, sadly my department is not able to assist you with this issue as we are only working with the return of the defective part after a replacement part is sent. I would advise you again to reach the person who have sent you the box or someone from her*his department in order for this to get solved.*****Thank you for choosing Dell.
