Hello Sir I'm not sure why you can't find the time to respond to your company Neglagence by putting a hold on said service TAG number HVJ*J** having nothing to do with myself regarding a shotty dispatch job performed by your company's Advanced Returns and Replacement Department witch intern cused me a total of ** months of warranty support from my Service TAG Number HVJ*J*****On top of the loss of not only my machine **** precision Workstation though also my Data on this very expensive equipment Memory **GB and three SSD'S one *TB *.*"*mm and two *TB M.* the one inside the machine and the other one that was previously in the machine because my **** caused damage to not only my bios but also the Nividia *gb video card and the out ports that also damaged my Monitor **" curved screen altra wide all are clearly listed on my Dell registered products and Support warranty though because of your company Neglagence and Mistakes I'm being held accountable
