The issue in GetHuman-donvest's own words
On to separate occasions on **.*.**, I purchased two $** gift cards* one a lunch time, and one at the end of the day. This was at the newly opened store in Phenix City, AL. Both times, the cashier at the window had no idea about the coupon that was being offered if you purchased a gift card. At the end of the day, the cashier said "They were out of coupons". At that point I stated I know longer wanted the gift car. The cashier than said she would go and try and find one. Basically, she lied because she was not aware of the special you had on your menu boards. What makes matter worse, is it happened twice with two separate cashiers

GetHuman-donvest did not yet indicate what Del Taco should do to make this right.
