Had online chat with customer service today because I was having trouble subscribing to Deezer Elite for Sonos. After the chat I followed his instructions on opening a new account *****@***.com. I put in credit card information for the $***.** charge. I received no confirmation that my card was charged and was not able to play Deezer on Sonos using my iPad controller. Please help me with this issue. I am able to play on the iPad but not over Sonos system.
