Hello. My name is Shelley Lee. My father had gotten a phone about a year ago and has never used deezer. He is elderly and he is getting charged $** a month for something he's never used over a year. He doesn't know how to cancel because he doesn't use smart phones very well. I've tried to cancel for him but he doesn't know his password either. His email is *****@***.com. *We've tried resetting it but I live **** miles away from him and can't do it over the phone. So what I am trying to say is, since he hasnt used Deezer in over a year, will he be reimbursed? That's ripping off an elderly person, which is a crime. Also, he wants to cancel his subscription and he doesn't know-how to. Since this company doesn't have customer service call center, I'd appreciate it if he could get that all back on his debit card.
