Hi my name is Michelle Buco and I signed up for the trial period on May **th. I only used it twice and realized it's just not for me. I cancelled it in May and it said it would be cancelled as of the end of the trial period which is today. I looked at my account today and it said today is the last day of the trial period but I have no way of knowing if they will charge my card to go forward. I would really like to get a confirmation, preferably by a person, that it has been cancelled. If not a phone call, then an email will be ok.
