Earlier today with the help of Melissa and Jeanne during a live chat, I forfeited my last * days of a ** day Deezer Premium * trial in favour of subscribing to Deezer Hi Fi. **Since then, I have discovered that my device is not compatible with the Hi Fi music quality I thought I'd be receiving for the $**.***month subscription. Instead, I now understand that the music quality will be the same as Premium * (*** kbps). Therefore, I request that my subscription revert to the $**.***month Deezer Premium *.**I apologise for not understanding that this would be the case* and, for any inconvenience.
