I made a purchase online (Order No. *************) and arranged for delivery to be by "Click & Collect" as you had a promotion on for a Free £* to spend instore when using the C&C service. I went into store today to collect my order. Upon being given the parcel I asked the assistant if my voucher was inside the bag to which she replied, "Oh, we haven't got any of the vouchers!" I find this quite disconcerting that I am being deprived of the incentive to use Click & Collect and Debenhams don't seem bothered now that the incentive worked in getting me to use the service without being rewarded! I feel that I should receive what I was offered in the first instance and would therefore expect to be sent a £* voucher as was first promised.*Regards*Don Coles
