I had a store for reward card which I mislaid. When I was in the shop buying something I got a new one which I registered online. I contacted customer services and give them the details of the old card asked them to cancel it and transfer my points on to the new card which I had already registered and they took all the details and said they would do it and it would be updated in ** hours. That was the first week of January and I have logged onto both accounts and they’re still showing up independent and no points have been transferred. I can’t find an email address to write to regarding rewards cards? **Nicola
