I bought my son a pair of Levi's in the Stirling branch as a gift in September. Unfortunately the trousers have started splitting at the seams either side of the legs, unfortunately he lives in Manchester and is looking to return them. He doesn't have proof of purchase as they were a hift. I sent him a screenshot of my statement, it shows i purchased items but not a breakdown of what the items were. I also gave him my card number, but i understand you can't access other stores information. He was told he needs to take them back to Stirling, which is not feasible just now. Please can you send me proof of purchase or please let me know how we can rectify this situation?
