I ordered health and beauty products online, paid extra for next day delivery and did not receive confirmation however seeings as the money was taken from my gift cards and bank account and I recieved a text from Hermes stating my parcels would be delivered at a set time today. I have waited home over an hour by the exceeded time frame with no information on where my parcels are. I am furious as these were gifts for my husband for today!!
