My name is Dave Stewart and I am a Wyndham rewards diamond member and my question is why do we have these rewards when some of these motels do not participate in it, I work out of town for a living and I stay at a Days Inn in Batavia Ohio five nights a week, my wife is down here with me and I do not get off work until *:**, and since I am a diamond member late check out is one of my perks but this motel does not participate in that so now my wife has to leave the motel at **:** in the morning and wait on me * and *** hours in a parking lot for me to get off work, what kind of b******* is that please contact me back so we can resolve this issue or I will be staying at different locations from here on out, and also they inform me this morning that if I was going to do a late check-out that they was going to charge me extra for that. And again my question is why do you offer these Wyndham rewards when motels are not participating in it, this is a very disappointed customer.
