My daughter and I stayed at the days inn montgomery last wednesday night. While my daughter was sound asleep at about *am a picture fell off the wall and scared her to death. She had her own room. She told me the next morning as we were leaving. When the manager called me to ask me about it (Hours after we checked out), he asked why I didn't say anything to him about this when we checked out. Well, first of all, the * times I did have to go to the front desk, to get an ashtray for a smoking room,to ask a question, and finally to check out (which I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel before they finally let me know I could leave the keys at the front desk even though nobody was up there)...... when would I have time to actually let them know of any issues we had?? Well the picture fell, ruined my daughters rest she needed for our other half of our trip (* more hours) and it did not even break the plastic cover.... it only came apart at * corner of the picture.... AND HE CHARGED MY CARD $***!!!!!!!! I am positive that someone within your company will do what should be done about this and get the money back on my card as soon as possible. The picture was not worth near $***. This hotel was the absolute worst days inn I have ever seen or stayed at!! It was nasty and completely run down! I am positive you will get back with me promptly on this matter. If you need to, please call me at **********. My name is Nicole Swayze. I would prefer a call back but will accept an email along with the money back on my card. Thank you for your time.
