I made a reservation for a room in Suttercreek at $72 per night, but then received an email confirmation showing a total of $[redacted], including high taxes. Thinking I had booked in the wrong city, I canceled the reservation. After reviewing my paperwork, I realized I had booked the correct location and rebooked the room through my union for $80 after taxes. I'm unable to get the $[redacted] refunded due to canceling the initial booking. Both reservations are for the same hotel on the same night, but the first booking had excessive tax charges. As a single mother with a husband in Mule Creek State Prison, I only see him every six months, requiring me to stay in a motel. Losing $[redacted] is a significant burden for me, please help me retrieve the funds.

During my recent 5-day stay at Days Inn, I encountered numerous issues with the toilet in my room. Despite notifying the office multiple times about the problem, maintenance never attended to it, and the office manager only provided a plunger. Unfortunately, the toilet continued to run overnight and flooded the floor, causing damage to my belongings, including three hotel vouchers. When I spoke to the manager about compensating us with two free nights to make up for the inconvenience, she accused me of flushing a needle down the toilet, attributing the flood to that action. I found her response to be unprofessional and unjustified.

During my recent overnight stay at the hotel amidst the pandemic, I followed my doctor's advice and wore a shield and mask. When I asked the receptionist, Shonda, to also wear a mask due to my compromised immune system, she declined. After requesting to speak to the manager, she referred me to Rich McDonald. Upon informing him of the situation, he suggested I shouldn't be traveling instead of addressing the issue with Shonda. Despite standing less than 6 feet away due to limited space, his response surprised me. When I expressed my intention to file a complaint, Rich McDonald called me "Little Miss Perfect" and advised me to let it go. Subsequently, I received mysterious phone calls in my room late at night, which made me feel unsafe and led me to leave the hotel. The experience left me feeling worried and unsettled as a 60-year-old widow.

During our stay at Days Inn Montgomery last Wednesday, my daughter experienced a frightening incident when a picture fell off the wall in her room while she was sound asleep at 5 am. Although she mentioned it to me upon our departure, the manager later questioned why we hadn't reported it during checkout. The three times I visited the front desk were for different reasons, including requesting an ashtray, asking a question, and finally checking out after some confusion. The picture falling disrupted my daughter's sleep, and though it didn't break, the manager still charged my card $[redacted], which I believe is excessive considering the value of the item and the condition of the hotel. I trust that the company will address this promptly and refund the charge. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As a Wyndham Rewards Diamond member, I'm disappointed that some motels do not offer the benefits associated with the membership. For instance, the Days Inn in Batavia, Ohio where I stay for work does not provide late check-out privileges even though I am entitled to them as a Diamond member. This situation creates inconvenience for my wife who has to vacate the room by 11:00 am and wait for me in a parking lot for hours until I finish work at 4:30 pm. Furthermore, I was told that I would be charged extra for a late check-out which is frustrating. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly as it affects my experience as a customer and my loyalty to Wyndham. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I urgently require immediate contact. The individual I attempted to chat with was unhelpful and unable to provide information on the list of issues. I am in need of speaking with someone promptly. This situation is completely unacceptable. My phone number is ([redacted])-[redacted]. This is a critical matter where my safety feels compromised due to the absence of a lock on my door, leading to the intrusion of three individuals who appear to be under the influence of drugs. This is just one of many problems I have faced in the short time since checking in, and I have been unable to receive assistance from your team. Moreover, I faced a disrespectful and rude attitude from the front desk representative after a 40-minute wait. The situation at this location is indescribable. Please contact me at ([redacted])-[redacted] immediately before I escalate this matter further.

I am extremely disappointed with the state of this hotel. The cleanliness is subpar with rooms only being visited once a week, and guests only receiving fresh towels once a month. The staff is disrespectful, unfriendly, and even accused of stealing from rooms during cleanings. Complaints from numerous guests have been dismissed by the office workers. Vending machines are often out of order, located inconveniently on the 3rd floor, and water leaks through the ceiling. The televisions in some rooms show scrambled channels, except in the office area. The office leaders are particularly rude. I urge the district manager to take action and replace the entire staff. This level of service is unacceptable for a Days Inn establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On my second night of my reservation at Days Inn, at around 10:03 pm tonight (05/12/[redacted]), I received a notification from my credit card about a charge of $27.68. When I contacted the front desk, the customer service agent was quite rude. The reason given was that makeup was found on one of the towels in my room. I questioned if the towel had been washed or treated with bleach, as I've had success with that method in the past. The agent admitted the towel had not been treated and disagreed on the effectiveness of using bleach. Despite this, they said they would reimburse me after washing the towels, although I clarified that only one small towel had makeup on it. I feel unfairly charged for this single towel and believe my credit card was overcharged for incidental expenses.

Hello, I have frequently stayed at Days Inn. Currently staying at Days Inn Lacrosse at [redacted] Sky Harbor Drive. I've had great experiences at the Eau Claire location. Unfortunately, this weekend's stay in Lacrosse has been disappointing. Our room is in poor condition: the door is difficult to close, the deadbolt is not working, there is a hole in the bathroom door, the chair has a hole in it, and there's dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the curtains are hanging off the rod. I have photos and a video to share for feedback. How should I go about sending them to you?

I require copies of my receipts for my recent stay at the Days Inn in Duarte near the City of Hope from March 12 to March 17, [redacted]. Despite reaching out to the hotel and customer service, including speaking with a supervisor, I've been informed that since the reservation was made through a third party under a friend's credit card, they are unable to provide me with the receipts directly. While the reservation was in my name and marked as "pay later," I settled the dues in cash daily due to not having a credit card or bank account. It is frustrating to encounter this issue as I do not possess a credit card and the alleged payment through a third party contradicts my efforts to obtain the receipts.

I had a frustrating experience when my daughter's father visited to spend time with her. We arrived at the pool area to find a chair to watch her swim when the manager rudely questioned us if we were guests and demanded we leave. Even though we were planning to rent a room, the manager's behavior was disrespectful. As we tried to sort out the room for four adults and a 3-year-old, the manager wrongly accused my daughter's father of lying about the room reservation and tried to charge an extra cleaning fee for a room we hadn't used. Despite the manager's insistence on renting another room, we were put off by the treatment we received. He mentioned refunding our deposit but it hasn't shown up on the credit card yet. Additionally, we were promised a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room instead.

I am requesting a refund as the staff and manager here have treated me poorly. Despite just having surgery, I arrived at a room that was dirty, smelled of smoke, had broken drawers and a broken refrigerator. My husband even lost his job due to their booking mistakes and attempts to kick us out. The manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I witnessed inappropriate treatment of others. The presence of syringes in the driveway was alarming. Their unprofessionalism extended to refusing basic amenities. Dealing with stomach cancer, I was distressed and unable to leave the room. This experience was incredibly upsetting, and my husband and I strongly advise against staying here.

Upon our check-in, there were guests arguing with the staff on duty at the front desk. Upon unloading our car, a group in the parking lot was loudly playing music and shouting, disturbing us at 12:30 at night. Inside our room, we found the smoke detector hanging by wires from the ceiling, hairs in the sink, and unclean toilet seat. The sheets had cigarette burns and rips in various places, and the end table appeared to have cigarette marks as well. It was an unpleasant experience overall, prompting us to move to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. During check-out, police were present due to a complaint about missing money from a guest's room. I have photos documenting these issues if necessary.

I am currently in a different state and found myself stranded. I reserved a room through Snapchat but encountered an issue when the hotel requested a $[redacted] deposit upon arrival, which I was unaware of due to my phone being dead. Despite paying for the room, I was denied access since I couldn't provide the deposit. The hotel staff was disrespectful, accusing me of being homeless and threatening me. They confiscated my payment without offering the room I had paid for. To make matters worse, I was also attacked while outside that night as I couldn't find another place to stay. The hotel owner refuses to refund my money, claiming it was non-refundable as per the email from Snapchat. I believe this treatment towards a stranded woman is inhumane and unacceptable. I am seeking a refund as I did not receive the service I paid for.

We had a week's stay at Days Inn Resort on US1 in Ormond Beach. Last night, on our supposed checkout day, there was a fight between other guests in front of our room that we were not involved in. It was between guests staying in separate rooms. My family witnessed it, and my dad offered to help break it up, as one of the individuals involved was the manager's boyfriend. This morning, we were asked to leave and not allowed to renew for another week despite not being part of the altercation. We are confused as to why we are being asked to vacate when we were innocent bystanders. The individuals involved in the fight should have been the ones asked to leave, not us. We would like an explanation for this situation.

My stay at Days Inn in Myrtle Beach was dreadful. Upon arrival, the receptionist was impolite. As we went to our room, we encountered broken glass on the stairs. The room itself had stains on the bed, blood on the floor, broken glass in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling, and a faulty TV. The room reeked of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. When we requested a different room, the second one was just as bad. Concerned for our children's safety and comfort, we opted to leave and find alternative accommodation. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive of our complaints. I am now seeking to escalate this issue to corporate to address the unsatisfactory conditions. My husband, who works in construction and building maintenance, found the state of the room unacceptable. We are considering requesting a refund, even though it may not be standard procedure, as the situation was extremely unreasonable and unhygienic.

Our experience at the Days Inn Warwickshire Northbound M40 fell short of our expectations. The online photos were misleading, not accurately representing the actual state of the hotel. Initially, the lack of facilities and cleanliness in the rooms was disappointing. Despite a small discount for the discrepancy, the overall disappointment continued. Housekeeping issues were evident with unclean rooms, missing towels, and neglected replenishment of essentials. The explanation provided for the lack of housekeeping services was unsatisfactory. Additionally, the external environment of the hotel was subpar with visible issues like dog waste and dirty areas. The significant cost of nearly £[redacted] for such poor conditions was not justified. Although most staff members were polite, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. We feel compelled to share our feedback before considering a Trip Advisor review. The misrepresented photos, coupled with inadequate housekeeping, have left us with a lasting disappointment, making us hesitant to choose Days Inn for future stays.

I made a reservation through Snap Travel for a room at the Westport location on Craig Rd in Maryland Heights, St. Louis, Missouri. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was denied a room even after being charged $72. I am extremely disappointed and upset about this situation. Following payment, I was informed that I could not be accommodated without any additional clarification. It is important to mention that I have never visited this hotel before and had planned to stay for a few weeks due to a recent house fire that left me homeless. Now I find myself without a place to stay and without the money I paid. I kindly request a refund for my payment.

On October 28, I made reservations over the phone for an overnight stay at the Microtel Inn in Harrisonburg, Virginia. However, when attempting to reserve a room at the Microtel Inn in Kingsland, Georgia, I was informed that it was not listed under Wyndham. This seemed odd as we usually stay there while traveling to Florida. The reservation clerk suggested the Days Inn by Wyndham instead. Unfortunately, our experience at the Days Inn was extremely disappointing. The room had dust-covered window treatments, lacked basic amenities like a coffee pot and disposable glasses, and showed signs of neglect such as iced-up refrigerator compartments and missing blow dryers. The hotel facilities were not well-maintained, with unclean laundry machines, dirty breezeways, and even bugs in the juice dispenser. We were dissatisfied with the limited breakfast options as well. The only pleasant area was the front lobby, but overall, this stay has left us with no desire to ever book a room at a Days Inn again.

I am currently staying at a Days Inn location, and unfortunately, our room does not have adequate heating. Despite signs indicating renovations, it is disappointing that we were given a room lacking proper heating. It is midnight, and there seems to be no staff available to address our concerns. As a senior with disabilities, this situation is particularly challenging for me. My spouse and I frequently choose Windham/Days Inn for our travels, but the level of service we are experiencing tonight is truly unacceptable. We are frustrated to find ourselves in a room we paid for, realizing the lack of heating three hours later, with no staff present to assist us. The front desk instructs us to wait until 7am, which is unreasonable given the circumstances. It is currently 12:55am on November 16th.
