Hello, I contacted you yesterday Dec * about how I was charged $**.** for an premium membership that I canceled back on Nov ** when I received an email from you saying my account would renew Dec ** and I will be charged the $**.**. I now have the Paypal info to give you. I am much happier with the free basic account. When I contacted you I was told the cancellation was complete and I would not be charged. I see a charge pending on my paypal account. The transaction say:s * CKO*DASHLANE *- negative $**.***Pending December *, **** *The transaction ID is: *R******TL******U*The payment is still shown as pending as of today, Dec. * and I would appreciate it very much if you would cancel this transaction so my money can be refunded to my account. Thank you very much. Wendy Kinsey
