I have been in a Q on-line to stop automatic renewal of my service as I was unable to accomplish dialed in. I was *** in the Q and after a good period of time was ** in Q. I requested a approximate wait time and no response. Then I went back to ** in the Q. I don’t have time to wait and undetermined amount of time and continue to sit and wait. Then I found you have no Customer Service phone *? Very poor service. I want to now immediately cancel my subscription versus just stopping automatic renewal. (***) ***-****. CS*****@***.com
